This house is tucked into a peaceful residential neighborhood and you must be respectful of the folks living and sleeping around you. As advertised very close to downtown Burlington. With that all said, this home was NOT located in a peaceful neighborhood as advertised. My children witnessed a drug deal, gone bad, outside the front of this home. We had to call the police as the woman involved was pulled from her car. There are multiple group homes in the neighborhood and many homeless who rummage through the garbage bins of the neighborhood homes. In bringing our concerns to the attention of the property manager/home owner, we were met with very delayed responses or no responses at all. While the home was lovely, the owner’s description of the area was misleading and he/she/they should not be seeking $500+ a night, in my opinion ##### Peter V.
