This spacious 2-bedroom apartment is the first floor of a charming 1880 s farmhouse that I m restoring. It s a 2-3 min walk to the Medical Center and UVM, and a 6 min walk to the Double Tree Conference Center. Sun porch. Well-equipped kitchen. Big backyard. Great neighborhood. It's an older home, so the bathroom is small (single sink, no vanity) but the shower was updated and comfortable. Very quiet area, comfortable house, just perfect for the 3 of us. We enjoyed the fireplace, playing games around the large dining room table. We brought our own games, but there were plenty also supplied by Cindy! We brought our own food, bc my son has food allergies, so we needed a full kitchen. Well stocked kitchen and also eggs & milk and other staples in the frig to use (nice touch!). A couple cookie sheet pans would be good to have, as we made gluten-free pizzas.
