We only have one small complain when you have a shower in the bath, if you put our foot on the bath plug you cannot get the plug out and the bath fills up with water . "We had a beach view room - truly one of the best views we’ve had at a hotel before. I stayed with my partner and our dog. It was a trip for my birthday - I put this on the booking and when we got to the room they had put out complementary drinks, snacks and a plate with ‘happy birthday’ written on it with chocolate with a few chocolate dipped strawberries and a red velvet cupcake - a lovely touch! Overall a lovely hotel. However two things to note - dogs aren't allowed in all rooms - I called ahead to check before booking and was told dogs are allowed in all rooms, so booked a sea view room. I called to see if we could have the same room for both the nights we stayed (we used vouchers so had to make two bookings) and then just checked that the dog was also on the booking. This is how I found out that dogs in fact are only allowed in certain rooms. The hotel did honour the booking after discussion (I told them I was told we could stay in any room). Secondly, it’s £15 per day for parking (and we were told this was a discounted price) which I think is extortionate - I think parking should be included in the room price. Would stay again, but a few things to be aware of for future bookings! "
