Set on the east side of Seneca Lake, this spacious retreat features three levels of decks, 100 feet of gradual-entry shoreline, and enough room for families or friends to spread out and enjoy every moment. Inside, the open main floor includes a fully equipped kitchen with plenty of counter space, an island for casual dining, and a large dining table overlooking the water. The living room features cozy seating, a fireplace, and a flat-screen TV with HBO, Showtime, and DVR. A queen bedroom and full bath on the main floor make this level ideal for guests with limited mobility. Upstairs, you'll find the master suite with a king bed, vaulted ceilings, private balcony, and lake views you'll never forget. Another upstairs bedroom offers a queen and full bed plus a shared bath. The lower level includes a fourth queen bedroom, third full bath, second living area with TV, and daybed with trundle — great for kids or extra guests. A second laundry set and walk-out access to the lake make this level both fun and functional. Step outside to enjoy your private lakefront paradise. Watkins Glen nearby with a great state park for hiking and stores/shopping for anything you might need. Right on the wine trail (which we didn't do, but sad we didn't) with tastings, breweries, food, live music. The mgmt company was very responsive to our minor questions. Like others posted the driveway is very steep and gravel. The GPS directions weren't as bad as the postings made it seem to be. The managers should just update the posting with a couple of sentences for the directions to alleviate any anxiety. I would've given 5 star ratings however before we arrived we were informed the water well needed replaced and they provided a tank of water for us. They informed us the water tasted bad for drinking but safe for cooking and washing. Well.........our first night there the house had a smell of sulfer to it and the water smell almost made me puke just washing dishes. There was no way we could cook with that water. Then on top of that the hot water tank wasn't working properly so we didn't have hot water for morning showers. I called the management office and they sent someone in a couple of hours. The filer was changed so it didn't smell quite as bad after that. We still used store bought water for cooking. Other then the water and sulfer smell.........the house was great. It did leave a little sour taste about staying there though ##### Lisa L. Updated home with three floors each having at least one private bedroom and full bath. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking, decks sport gorgeous views of the lake, fire pit for evening s’mores, kayaks and plenty of tubes for floating!
