But once the food was brought up---it was a joy! Having a second floor outdoor patio on which to eat and enjoy spring/summer/fall temps---(we were there in Dec. so did not choose to eat outdoors!!)---but could see the benefits rest of the year. VERY dog friendly home---water dishes and huge beds awaited our canine companion. The hot tub was luxurious and wonderful to relax in and let tensions float away. TONS of deer---my wife counted 1 herd of 30 running in next field to the house. Very quiet neighbors. Peaceful respite! All was as described.
