Lake Anna is a beloved destination for swimming, boating, hiking, camping, fishing, and wildlife watching. With a private covered boat dock and swim platform, you’re welcome to bring your boat and explore. Enjoy provided kayaks, a paddleboard, and a canoe—or dive into the water from the diving board (8–9 feet deep), or wade in gradually from the shallows. After a swim, rinse off in the outdoor shower before firing up the grill or smoker on the sundeck. Dine al fresco while enjoying scenic views of Busbees Island—an eagle nesting ground perfect for birdwatching. Inside, the home boasts stained glass touches, vaulted ceilings, and wood accents. Relax in the spacious living room with a smart TV, fireplace, books, and games, or head to the lakefront deck for more views. The ground floor includes a rec area with a pool table, bar, games, and another smart TV. Additional amenities include a washer/dryer and an EV charging outlet (travel charger required). Sum room was awesome. We were disappointed with the yard and swim deck area. The yard and landscaping was overgrown and mostly weeds. The swim deck area was dangerous…there were broken boards on the side near the lake…bails were sticking out…there was a large hole in the concrete pavers right by the deck. The diving board was broken. We are from out of state and did not understand private side means no access to main lake and its amenities. Wish that location was made clear in the description. The house itself was very accommodating for our large family. The smoker was top of the line and a great perk not many houses have. The kitchen is very big, well stocked and became the main gathering place daily. The dock area had great views and plenty of seating. The stairs leading into the lake made it so easy for our young grandchildren to get in and out of the water easily. The water was very warm, which the kids enjoyed. ##### Kate F.
