Good for two families as there are two bedrooms downstairs with a bathroom, and two other rooms upstairs with second bathroom. Kitchen is really well equiped with amenities. Downfall is lots of bugs (spiders/cockroaches) and the house needs better clean. Amazing view from the water and amazing outdoor chairs and lounges however there is a massive tree above the deck and the deck does not have a pergola so during the day the birds infest-ate on the tables and its a mess and at night time there are bats everywhere on the tree so you cant sit outside and enjoy the weather. There has to be a pergola installed asap. Otherwise great stay we had amazing time.
