Room not as advertised , no fridge, no dining area, no kitchen. Raised the issue with reception, 6 hours later, responded saying room as advertised, but not according to the advert on Expedia. Requested to see the manager, he/she sent a member of staff who agreed our room wasn’t correct so offered the correct room which would not be ready for an hour because it was being used for a photoshoot, 2 hours later we gave up waiting got ready and went out for the evening. 20 later ( almost 2.5 hours after being offered the room charge) it was available. Too late as we’d gone out for the night and didn’t want the hassle of changing rooms late at night so stayed in the initial room. Standard of rooms are poor, generally quite dirty in the bathrooms - see attached images. No excuse!! Quite a distance from anything. TIP!! The hotel was dirty and the whole place was presented poorly. We drove 5 hours from Legian to stay here, soon as we seen the hotel we drove 5 hours back to Legian. Bed was comfy, wifi was good, and even breakfast was provided. Owner helped us to call for booking when we needed. The Lovina area does not have any taxi service available. Cogimos la villa con piscina privada. Es una casa entera para ti en un ambiente muy tranquilo y agradable. El recibimiento por parte del personal muy bueno. Muy limpio, instalaciones adecuadas y bien mantenidas. La verdad que nos encantó. El único inconveniente es la ubicación, ya que está un poco escondido y google te hacía dar más vueltas pero, si te das un paseo, estás cerquita de la calle principal. Y, por otro lado, pedimos que nos trajeran la cena y con la mujer nos vino un hombre ofreciendo el tour de buceo. El problema no fue que viniera él, sino que se coló con ella. Quizá es práctica habitual allí y tampoco le dimos mucha importancia ya que no fue alguien desagradable. Ze beweerden dat wij niet betaald hadden en eisten een bewijs van betaling, bij het tonen van het bewijs eisten ze nog meer geld. Kamer was zo vuil dat we hebben moeten vragen om te kuisen, overal dode insecten en vuil op de vloer. Op foto's lijkt het veel beter en luxueuser. Electriciteit is 3x uitgevallen. Voor het eten moesten we nog 6000 rhupia opleggen voor het gebruik van de gas (restaurant - hotel 5 minuten). De eigenaares bleef bij ons staan totdat we expliciet moesten vragen om de kamer te verlaten. Dit is zeker geen aanrader. Wij zijn 5 bescheiden meisjes en zeker niet snobistisch maar dit voldeet zeker niet aan de basis vereisten! Na een reis van bijna 24u waren we diep ontgoocheld en enorm moe, waardoor alles ons nog zwaarder viel. Cable TV. Bugs in the house is probably inevitable as it is close to forested area, ants, flying insects....but still alright for us. Owner was helpful & polite to welcome us. Can book the Dolphin tour thru them, should cost about 100K per person or 400-450K per boat which sits about 4-6 ppl max. Location is very close to the Dolphin tour boats area, about 10mins drive. Nous avons sélectionné cette hôtel car il y avait une promotion mais même en promo nous avons trouvé l'hôtel très largement surévalué ! Une fois que vous trouvez l'hôtel qui est très mal indiqué (même pas un panneau visible sur la rue principale)... La chambre est assez grande et semble neuve, tant qu'il y a une odeur de peinture dérangeante, la climatisation a beau être neuve elle est bruyante et semble se couper la nuit ( nous nous sommes réveillés deux fois dans la nuit pour la régler)... la piscine est un gros plus si seulement elle pouvait être un peu plus chaude. Le petit déjeuner est juste une blague : un oeuf sur le plat servi froid et sous selophane accompagné de deux toasts (le tout facturé 30 Rp/pers hors taxe s'il n'est pas inclus dans le prix de sa chambre !). Enfin il vous faudra un bon quart d'heure pour rejoindre la plage.
