"So the room was really good. The bed was a bit hard, but the rest of the room and amenities and shower were great. The hotel lobby was difficult for me, as I only speak English, and the signs were all in Korean. There is not always an attendant in the lobby, sometimes a person in the 'cieling' speaks to you and can administer your room key through a machine. "I booked a non-smoking room but the smell of the room was horrible. It was almost unbearable condition to sleep in. The next morning, I appealed the front manger or owner and his response was not professional enough and not friendly either. If you can stand the cigarette odor lingering on your pillow and blanket, this is the place. Otherwise, I would not recommend this place."

The check-in time (afternoon and evening) manager speaks English which was much appreciated. Excellent amenities and daily housekeeping. If you stay in downtown Ulsan, this is the place to stay!"

"Room was very tidy and clean. Had underfloor heating (which can be turned down via the hotel staff as it was much too warm for us), air conditioning and WiFi controllable lighting. Very nice bathroom also. Plenty of amenities available and staff were very friendly and efficient. Breakfast was simple but has all the necessities. There is also a self serve instant noodle station and also in the same floor a self serve laundry."
