Originally constructed in the 19th century, this estate is located near the charming town of Grožnjan, nestled amidst meticulously tended vineyards and olive groves. Grožnjan, a town within Istria's interior, sits just 15 kilometers from the sea and boasts narrow, cobblestone streets and medieval walls that reveal a mesmerizing panorama of vineyards, olive groves, forests, and the distant sea. This small yet culturally significant Istrian town, renowned not only in Croatia but on the international stage, brims with life during the summer months. Often called the "city of artists," it hosts numerous galleries and art studios. Palazio Clai Winery comprises 8 suites, 4 additional toilets, an outdoor heated pool, a private wine cellar stocked with global wines, a private cinema, and a game room featuring darts and PlayStation 5.
