The exteriors of the house are really beautiful and will make you not to get bored at any time. After having breakfast under the porch, you can spend the morning cooling off at the private pool, sunbathing on the 8 sun loungers, playing table football and billiard and, the littlest ones, in the wooden house or running around the lawn. Then, you can prepare a tasty barbecue in an absolutely magical place and just start over again, back to the pool! This is chlorine and measures 10 x 6 m large and 1 to 2 m deep. The majestic house is distributed into two floors. Once you come in, there is a spacious living room with A/C, where you can watch TV-SAT, a DVD movie or listen to music. Likewise, on the left side, you have access to the dining area which is open to the kitchen, equipped with gas hob. Right from there, a corridor leads you to the laundry boasting washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board, as well as to a bathtub bathroom and a two single beds dormitory. Upstairs, there are two more bathrooms, one with shower, the other with hydromassage bathtub and shower. As well as this, there are also 4 more bedrooms, two of them featuring double bed and two having two twin beds in each. One of the dormitories has terrace with beautiful views too, and all of them have wardrobe apart from air conditioning. There is availability for 2 cots and 2 high chairs. The finca belongs to Búger, a small village situated at 4.5 km, but even close to Sa Pobla, at about 1 km. In both towns, you can find the basic services such as bars, restaurants, etc. Puerto de Alcúdia beach is the nearest, at 14 km or about 10 -15 minutes driving, as well as the golf course of Pollença, at 16 km. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. Pets are not allowed. The holding of events is forbidden. There is exterior parking for 6 cars. Check Inn war unkompliziert. Alles vorhanden, 5 Doppelzimmer mit Klimaanlage und Fernseher, toller Pool, schöne gepflegte Anlage, Bäder etwas renovierungsbedürftig. Die Tiere ( Hühner, Gänse, Katzen) fanden die Kinder toll. Einkaufen in ca. 1,5 km. Lots of insects from the surrounding crops prevented us sitting out in the evenings. Cockerel was a bit of a frustrating early wake up call. MA-13 gelegen und dadurch ist man sehr schnell in Palma (ca. 35 Min.) oder Alcudia (ca. 15 Min.). Ein Lidl und Eroski befinden sich in Sa Pobla und sind in 5 Min. mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Die Annehmlichkeiten in und um das Haus sind super. Es gibt eine Tischtennisplatte, Tischfussball, einen Pool und einen Billardtisch. Sandspielzeug, Spielsachen für den Pool usw. sind ebenfalls vorhanden. Die Küche ist groß und gut ausgestattet, sodass man problemlos für eine größere Gruppe kochen kann. Bei Ankunft waren Getränke im Kühlschrank und ein mallrocinisches Süßgebäck lag für uns bereit. Der Besitzer der Finca kommt alle 3-4 Tage vorbei und kümmert sich um den Pool. Er ist sehr nett und diskret. Wir hatten zu der Jahreszeit leider etwas mit den Mücken zu kämpfen. Vor allem Abends konnte man es ohne Mückenspray draußen kaum aushalten. Da die Fenster nicht über Mückengitter verfügen, ist das regelmäßige Lüften stets etwas kürzer ausgefallen. Auf dem Gelände der Finca gibt es in einem eingezäunten Bereich ein paar Hühner, drei Gänse und einen Hahn. Der Hahn ist leider einer klarer Kritikpunkt. Wir sind mit zwei kleinen Kindern gereist und waren deswegen etwas sensibel was nächtliche Geräusche angeht. Folglich sind wir immer aufgewacht, wenn der Hahn der Meinung war seinen "Gesang" zum Besten geben zu müssen. Ansonsten kann man das Haus bedenkenlos empfehlen. ##### Jascha H. Das Haus ist riesig und somit ideal für eine große Gruppe. Ausstattung ist super, selbst Töpfchen oder Toillettenaufsätze für die Kinder sind vorhanden. Es ist etwas hellhörig und man wird morgens vom Hahn geweckt, woran man sich jedoch irgendwie schnell gewöhnt hat. Der Garten ist wirklich toll und sehr gepflegt. There is outside seating for 10 people on well lit patio, and the grounds are nicely lit for evenings by the illuminated pool. Kitchen is good with every utensil you could think of and a couple of coffee machines, very large fridge freezer. Additional barbecue area with another glass fronted drinks fridge. The water pump tower would also make a lovely area for an evening chatting, drinking wine and listening to music. Da Pobla has a good ring road and several week stocked supermarkets. It’s not the prettiest of towns but nice central square with bars, 15 minutes walk from villa. ##### nick j.
