This property is friendly to all ages and It is perfectly located with an easy level walk to the lake with amazing sunset views from the dock. It is at the south end of the lake in a no-wake zone, but minutes to Lake Lanier Island and Margaritaville by boat or by car, restaurants, marinas, golf, tennis, jet-ski rentals, Lake Lanier Island Waterpark, hiking areas, and much more. It has a large deck and patio that runs the full length of the house with ample seating. This dock is wonderful for sunbathing, relaxing, or just watching the amazing views and sunsets! Each bedroom in this property is set up in separate corners of the house. On the main level you will find 2 bedrooms and 2 baths; a beautiful open gourmet kitchen; a living room with a wood-burning fireplace and dining room. The center of the house features an entire wall of sliding glass doors to enjoy the views of the backyard and surrounding area. The main doors lead out to a large deck with outdoor dining On the terrace level you will find 2 bedrooms and 1 bath; a large den with wood burning fireplace; laundry area; Bar and Kitchenette with additional dining table. Also, another full wall of sliding glass doors leads to an outdoor patio featuring a ping pong table and lounge seating. Have fun swimming, boating, fishing, jet skiing, waterskiing, bird watching, walking, and exploring the lake. If you are looking for enjoyment and relaxation on the lake, this is the place to be! Lake Lanier is located in North Georgia, just 40 miles from the state capitol of Atlanta. The 692 miles of shoreline borders the following five counties: Hall; Forsyth; Dawson; Gwinnett and Lumpkin. Lake Lanier is well known for its wonderful fishing. Whether you want to catch a monster Striper Bass or go for a mega Flathead Catfish then fishing on this lake will be a real treat! The bottom one isn’t even stocked with utensils, but it’s there! And there are 2 whole living rooms. It would be a comfortable place for 2 families to stay. The firepit is NICE! And they have a lots of games, indoor and outdoor. It is set up for family fun! There is a lake, down a long, monitored pathway. The dock is private so that is nice. The driveway is seriously steep. It should be pictured better. I felt it could have been a lot cleaner. There were roaches, but I guess that comes with having a house on the lake. There were a lot of crumbs that were in the cushions of the couch. I found that out when I went looking for the remote. Also, I didn’t understand why they didn’t want us to strip the sheets off the bed although they wanted us to take towels to the laundry room. Striping the sheets just seems clean to me and something I don’t mind doing, because it implies that the sheets were washed before you got there. It is possible maybe they were being nice didn’t want the customers to have to strip the sheets off the bed. Also, I had to ask for the code to get in the house and when they sent it, the message said they had sent it before, which they had not. So communication wasn’t that great, either. The two living areas and kitchens (one per level) were perfect for adding a little separation between families. The lake is a very short walk down a path, and the trees between add some privacy. Game table options were great, and the kids were excited to see a deer on the property one morning. The road and driveway are steep, but accurately depicted in the photos. There are enough updates that it is a very pleasant environment and the housekeeping staff is clearly very thorough. Everything we needed for a long weekend was provided. We didn't do any cooking, but the kitchen seemed well supplied. The grounds were beautiful and overall this was a great space for my parents and their adult children to gather and spend some time together. One thing to be aware of is that the trip down the driveway is very steep, but it levels out sufficiently. My parents are in their mid-80's and we were able to pull the car up to the front door so they didn't need to navigate any tricky terrain. The master bedroom and bath on the main level were perfect for them! The shower was walk-in without even a small ledge to step over. It was completely flat. Highly recommend this home! ##### Dan H.
