Great place to stay.
Clean place and clean neighborhood. Good breakfast as well. The Hotel is in Great condition and the service is excellent. Close from Downtown Buffalo by car. Close from KeyBanks Arena.

The hotel provided shuttle service to restaurants downtown which was excellent as my husband was really tired from our long drive to Buffalo

We stayed in Room 208 from 5/16-5/18. Hot water handle to sink faucet was detached and unusable - looked like someone was working on it and never finished it. Stopper from sink was dislodged. Stopper from bath tub dislodged as if they had been unclogging the tub. Door to room did not shut all the way without excessive force - had to pull or push hard to open it; our key cards did not initially work when we got there but the front desk was kind and Quickly fixed the issue. Would not recommend this hotel as the parking situation was a burden (must use valet or garage that is associated with hospital across the street) and our bathroom was apparently under (unfinished) work while staying there.

Seth, I am so sorry you had issues with your room. We could have at any time moved you to a room with no issues. The communication fell off by our maintenance and housekeeping departments and I am sorry it affected you. I had no idea this room had the issues you mentioned. I spoke with the front office manager and she indicated she didn't speak to anyone about the issues.I have reached out to expedia to credit your room for your stay. They will reach out to you regarding this. I am very sorry.

I was excited to stay here, as I saw a bunch of positive reviews, but when I arrived I was told the "computers are down" and there was no way to get a room. I had my confirmation number and I had already paid, but that didn't make any difference. They refused to give me a room I had to scramble to find another hotel after working/traveling all day. Then I couldn't get a refund as Expedia "couldn't get a hold of" this property. Done and Done! Next time I am booking directly. Not worth saving a few bucks!

Deborah, Wyndham worldwide computer system was down for hours. The reservation never came through our system. The hotel reached out to Expedia to tell them we never billed you or Expedia. We could not give you something we never received to this day.I am sorry you were affected by the computer outage. We did the best we could under these extreme circumstance.

The computer system was down when we arrived. When we came back after dinner it took a good 10 minutes to check us in; it seemed like the clerk was copying data from one system to another.

Thank you for your feedback Ray. Yes, unfortunately, Wyndham had an issue that affected all hotels worldwide which took a couple of hours to resolve. Unfortunately this was out of our control and our associates tried to accommodate our guests the best they could with the resources they had at the time it was happening. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Mathew, Thank you for your feedback. The hotel is located on the medical campus of downtown Buffalo. We are a quick 2 minute car ride or 10 minute walk to Allentown which has tons of restaurants, pubs, coffee shops and shops to explore. I am sorry you did not like our location.

If you’re like me, this is why you SHOULDNT stay at this hotel. No parking. They charged you $20 a day for someone to park a couple blocks away. Valet guy yells at me, “you the one who left it in the middle of lane?” and of course it’s, yes, now do your job. The towels had hair spiders in them, the towel hook fell off the wall when I attempted to use it, the pillows were flat, etc. Just terrible. The only reason to stay there is if your family is at one of the hospital surrounding this hotel. Otherwise, avoid at all costs.

The front staff was very attentive. We checked in online and as soon as we walked in the very kind young lady at the desk immediately greeted us. Knew who we were from my ID that I uploaded for check in, remembered my name as well and never missed a beat. She also offered all of the information we needed without us even having to ask. Check in and out is very quick and efficient and they seemed to have at least two people there at all times. They were all very prompt and courteous. The room was pleasant and clean. We had a standard King room. The room was decent size, the bathroom in that room was small but sufficient. The bed was very comfortable and plenty of very comfortable pillows as well. The complimentary breakfast was decent and the coffee was good. I would definitely stay here again. If you do go for an even as we did their shuttle does fill quickly so we chose to Uber to and from and had no problem there as well. The hotel offers parking on your own or valet. The valet is definitely the better value if you plane to come and go often.

Very quiet & clean hotel, friendly staff, valet parking with our booking, free breakfast with some hot selections, close to downtown activities, and they provide free shuttle for drop off and pick up which was excellent! The room was great,fairly updated. Has microwave, mini fridge, coffee maker. Also the bathroom provide on the wall soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, & body lotion. I would recommend this hotel its was great !

Property is in the middle of a mostly medical facility area. Not a lot of walkable things nearby, but did not matter to us as it was one of the more reasonably priced hotels and had good reviews. I will say that the shining star of this hotel is the staff. Every single person we dealt with, from the valets to the front desk, to breakfast staff to housekeeping was very pleasant and helpful! Would recommend this hotel based on the staff alone!

The hotel was great, the surrounding area not so much; very isolated, nothing to do and if you're a walker, you might walk into some residential area that looks rough (and nobody around).

The hotel is pretty basic for what I needed, one night stay was sufficient but if I would’ve to prolong my stay I don’t think it would’ve been good. I am highly allergic to dust and mold and the room clearly had mold accumulated in the corner ceiling by the window. There was a bit of a mess at check-in but thankfully resolved quickly and without having too much of a back and forth.

This hotel was smack dab in the middle of the hospital district. If you are looking for a place that you can park and walk this isn't the place for you. We had no problem driving so it worked great for us. There is a shuttle for any place within a mile so we were able to take the shuttle to fountain plaza and get the train to the Keybank center for a concert. It was very convenient.
