Welcome to our stylish and spacious upper unit of a two-family home, ideal for group trips. Enjoy the summer nights on the second-floor balcony. The updated kitchen, comfortable king/queen beds, and large living room provide the perfect space to relax. Located in a residential South Buffalo neighborhood, we are close to Cazenovia Park (0.6 mi), Mercy Hospital (0.3 mi), Buffalo Riverworks (4.9 mi), High Mark Stadium (5.5 mi), Key Bank Center (4.9 mi), and Niagara Falls (24.2 mi).

Great location and clean. Street parking only but it was not too difficult to find a parking. The only issue we had is that the downstairs unit has parking in the back but chose to park right at the entrance so it was hard to get by when carrying luggage.

We were only in Buffalo a few days and this location was absolutely ideal for easy access to Canal side and Buffalo Harbor and for going to Niagara Falls. It’s an adorable, updated upper unit of the house. I loved the updated features in the kitchen. The bed was extremely comfortable. Brian was an attentive host that communicated and checked in regularly so we knew we were well taken care of.

Went to Buffalo to see kids and grandkid. Home was conveniently located next to them. Only improvement I would suggest is to upgrade the tp and maybe reconsider the king bed frame. Long way to get up in my old age. But nice home.

Being from So Bflo, I knew that the houses where a bit dated, however, this apartment was was modern and up to date. As soon as you walk in, the apartment was warm and cozy. The kitchen appliances were new and updated. The bedrooms were just right, and the living room was very spacious so if we have guests, there was plenty of room for all.If you are looking for a small place to stay, this would be it. Everything that you might need (restaurants, convenience stores, etc) is close by.When I go back home, this would be a place I would rent again.

Nicely updated unit in good condition. The location is great near downtown and the water. Safe and quiet street and neighborhood. The unit is up-to-date with all the amenities. The beds are good and there is plenty of room in the unit. Check-in was extremely easy and the owner was very responsive. The building is older which means you can hear the unit below but that is to be expected and wasn't a huge issue. Overall this is a great option when visiting south buffalo.

The kitchen was lovely, rooms were a nice size, the apartment and neighborhood were very quiet and well kept. It was a great location between the Southtowns and Northtowns. But in spite of all of these positives, I would not rent from this owner again. There were no railings on about 16 stairs, no volume control on the TV which was set very low with closed captions turned on, almost no water pressure in bathroom sink, I could not locate a house manual, and last but not least, when I asked the owner about a couple of these issues, he did not respond. I didn't feel confident that I could get ahold of him if needed. I was in the apartment for a full week. I would not rent from this owner again.

We enjoyed our stay here. Lots of room, comfortable couch, safe neighborhood and close to plenty of restaurants.

Very nice, well kept older apartment. Spotlessly clean. Had everything I needed and more - thoughtful touches. Great location - close to Interstate, Downtown Buffalo, Lake Erie shore and Niagara Falls. Appreciated A/C. Remodeled modern kitchen with all appliances. Pleasant, quiet neighborhood. Would definitely return again!

Very clean and spacious. All new kitchen very nice. Wish there were more sheets for air mattress and blankets for living room. Street parking was tough as a lot of cars. Had to park one block over - not a big deal but something to consider. Lovely place.

#### FELT LIKE HOME AWAY FROM HOME

Location was spot on; within 20 minutes of everywhere we went. Great communication with Host. Beautiful upgraded and remodeled kitchen and appliances. Already planning another stay in the near future!

#### Out of town family wedding 

A++ Great communication with the host. Coming in from Florida, while a hurricane just passed through . So didnt get to enjoy one of the days but we made it in! Apartment is very nice. Off street parking was plenty! Would rent again ..
