This house is only about 20 minutes away from Niagara Falls and less than 15 minutes to downtown Buffalo. This beautiful 2-bedroom house has been freshly painted and remolded including new hardwood floors, new bathroom and all new furniture including Granet counter tops. I also put in a gas grill in the yard that can be used for cooking as well. This listing also includes free coffee made in a Keurig machine and Pepsi and diet Pepsi in the fridge. This listing will also include a $10 Gift Card per day for free Breakfast or lunch. This Cafe is called Cafe on the avenue.
