House is on a quiet residential street with limited street parking. Very friendly neighborhood. Main bedroom features a queen size bed with a 44 inch smart TV. The other 2 bedrooms feature twin size beds each with a 42" Roku Smart TV. Kitchen has stainless steel appliances and cookware available. Free Wi-Fi provided. Covered front porch with patio furniture. A/C available. 50" inch Roku smart TV in living room as well. HEPA filter air purifiers in dining and living room. I live downstairs. Lock boxes ensure there’s no need to coordinate schedules for self check in. Home is cleaned and sanitized after every stay. Be sure to check out Buffalo city hall observation deck with 360 views of the city. He was a very nice guy. He also welcomed us with a text even though it was late and he was at work. Check in process was smooth with great directions on self check in and self check out. Cleaning process when leaving was the easiest I've ever had. The covered patio area was nice for morning coffee. Plenty of room for the 4 adults on our trip. Not a complaint but a heads up that you need to be prepared to climb stairs cause they had me huffin and puffin! Only one set but this ol' southern girl wasn't use to that. When I read the listing I was a little confused as to exactly what size beds would be in the apartment but it's one king, one queen, and 2 singles. One of the singles was a little firmer than we like but that is personal preference. Also the street parking changes sides on certain days but if you follow what everybody else is doing you'll be good. Great place to stay, we were very comfortable here! Bed was so comfy, was the best sleep we’ve had in awhile! Will definitely stay here again in the future! It was nice and quiet too!
