A casually designed ground floor apartment on the shores of Lake Budgewoi. Inspired by coastal tones of sandy beach interiors and welcoming furbabies to join their families on a relaxing pet friendly escape.  
  
The Space:  
  
Comfortably sleeping up to four guests, you have a well equipped kitchen, private fenced courtyard and outdoor entertaining table and BBQ to enjoy the summer days and nights. Internal laundry facilities and only a short drive to local shops and eateries including Budgewoi Hotel & Lago Cucina.

If you are a family or a group of friends and looking for a property to host 8 people, Retro Lake Vista is the sister to Lake Vista 2.0   
  
Retro Lake Vista is upstairs with fabulous high ceilings, open plan living, two balconies and two bedrooms, bathroom and laundry facility. The perfect way to stay connected while having your private spaces.  
  
Please note for longer stays over 7 nights, additional cleaning and linen charges will apply.

Lake Vista 2.0 has your own front door access via the small staircase leading onto a relaxed deck.

Buff Point is a quiet, lakeside suburb on the southern shores of Lake Macquarie in New South Wales. Known for its peaceful, family-friendly atmosphere, it offers residents and visitors scenic water views, easy access to the lake for boating and fishing, and a relaxed lifestyle away from busier urban areas.  
  
The suburb is primarily residential, featuring a mix of family homes, waterfront properties, and some holiday rentals. Its location provides a calm, semi-rural feel while still being within easy reach of local shops, schools, and amenities in nearby areas such as Toronto and Morisset.  
  
Buff Point is ideal for those who enjoy outdoor recreation, tranquil surroundings, and a close-knit community, making it appealing for families, retirees, and anyone seeking a laid-back lifestyle by the lake.

Coast Hosting is a professional hosting company and just prior to your arrival we will ask for you to provide a copy of your ID as well as collect card details directly to secure a refundable deposit bond of $250.00 for your stay. We are governed by and respect the very strict privacy laws and your details will not be shared or kept.   
  
Lake Vista 2.0 is on the lower level with our own entrance. All COAST HOSTING homes are professionally deep cleaned and have the linen professionally laundered before each guest arrival. This ensures quality, consistency and the highest level of sanitisation \* \* COAST HOSTING aims to provide a luxe, high tech experience for our guests. All of our homes have digital keyless entry, air quality, fire safety CCTV at the entry door for added guest security and peace of mind. \* NOISE. Lake Vista 2.0 is a peaceful space so we require our guests to understand and adhere to the current noise guideline set out by AirBNB/Stays There is a 'NO PARTY' Policy in place and enforcement will be swift, forfeiting remaining stay. \*DO NOT UNPLUG ANY TECH APPLIANCES...or introduce Xbox or Playstations. \*BREAKAGES. We understand that things happen however excessive damage will result in a claim. Please notify us of breakages. \* SMOKING is not permitted inside RETRA LAKE VISTA. \* PARKING. You have one parking space on the driveway to the right available and amble of street parking.
