Discover a cosy and rustic vacation rental, the apartment house "Stalu B2," nestled at an elevation of 1,450 meters above sea level in Bürchen, Switzerland. Built in 1982 and renovated in 2017, this charming property offers internet Wi-Fi, parking, and a tennis court nearby, ensuring a comfortable and convenient stay.

Immerse yourself in the serene surroundings as you bask in the sun on the shared lawn or explore the nearby skiing area just 150 meters away. With well-maintained walking paths mere steps from the doorstep, you can embark on invigorating nature trails and soak in the breathtaking alpine vistas.

The property features a storage room for skis, a central heating system, and shared access to washing machines and tumble dryers. Motor access is available up to 30 meters from the house via a mountain road. Additionally, communal covered parking is provided, although it's advisable to have a small to medium-sized car due to space constraints.

The open living/dining room has a dining nook and is equipped with satellite TV (flat screen), radio, and a DVD player. There is also an exit leading to the balcony from this area. One room has a double bed (2 x 90 cm, length 200 cm), while the other room has two beds.

The open kitchen is well-equipped with an oven, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine, and a raclette grill, as well as a fondue set for cheese. The apartment also has a washing machine, pets are allowed (1 pet/dog), satellite TV, heating, and a television. The maximum capacity is 4 guests, with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom.

The apartment features a balcony of 20 square meters with balcony furniture and deck chairs, offering beautiful views of the mountains, valley, and countryside.
