The cosy and comfortable "Chalet Kibou" in Bürchen, Switzerland, offers a delightful vacation rental nestled in a tranquil, sun-drenched location on a slope. With its 3 storeys and 2 apartments, the chalet provides a child-friendly environment complemented by a natural garden, lawn for sunbathing, and a terrace with garden furniture. Enjoy the convenience of central heating, parking for 2 cars, and access to amenities like a yard, internet WiFi, and parking.  
  
Outdoors  
Immerse yourself in the serene surroundings as the property is located on the outskirts, just 20 meters from the edge of the forest and a nearby stream. Bask in the sun on the lawn for sunbathing or relax on the terrace with garden furniture, all set against the backdrop of a natural garden.  
  
Other Information  
The chalet is accessible via a 180-meter steep footpath, and motor access is available up to 300 meters from the house. Please note that baby equipment is available upon request, and groups of teenagers are welcomed upon request only. In case of good snow conditions, the house can be accessed on skis.

Conveniently located, the chalet offers proximity to various amenities and attractions. The grocery store is just 3.5 km away, while the bus stop is a mere 300 meters from the property. The railway station "Visp" is situated 10 km away. Outdoor enthusiasts can enjoy the nearby chair lift at 1 km distance and the ski slopes at 500 meters, with ski rental and ski school facilities available within 2 km. Additionally, the well-known ski region of Bürchen-Moosalp is easily accessible from the chalet.

Unit Layout  
You will be staying in a spacious 7-room apartment spanning 200 square meters across two levels on the upper floor. The apartment features a cozy and rustic interior design. The open living and dining area includes a winter garden with an inviting open-hearth fireplace and satellite TV. This space connects to a balcony, allowing you to step outside and enjoy the fresh air. There are two rooms, each equipped with two beds measuring 90 cm wide and 200 cm long. The open kitchen is well-appointed with a dishwasher, four ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine, raclette grill, and a fondue set (cheese), providing ample amenities for your culinary needs. A separate WC is conveniently located on this level. Ascending to the top floor, you will find two additional rooms, each with two beds measuring 90 cm wide and 200 cm long, and two more rooms, each with one bed measuring 90 cm wide and 200 cm long. A shower and WC are located on this level for your convenience. The apartment also boasts a large balcony, a patio, and a terrace, offering ample outdoor space to relax and soak in the beautiful surroundings.

During your vacation stay, you will have access to a variety of amenities to enhance your comfort and convenience. The apartment is equipped with a dishwasher, an open-hearth fireplace, a private patio, satellite TV, and heating to keep you cozy. Additionally, a television is provided for your entertainment. The maximum capacity of the apartment is 10 guests, with six bedrooms and one bathroom. Terrace furniture, deck chairs, and a conservatory are available for your enjoyment.

The apartment offers breathtaking panoramic views of the surrounding mountains and valley, creating a picturesque setting for your vacation. For families with young children, a children's high chair and a baby cot (suitable for up to 2-year-olds, available at an extra cost) are provided. Logs for the fireplace are complimentary. Internet access (WiFi) is available throughout the apartment. Reserved parking for two cars is included.
