They allowed us to store our baggage for a week and do late checkout (both with a small fee). Nice to have the option of a quad room. Mobile Checkin was easy enough, though have to download an app. Would stay again.

Wouldn’t even class it 1 star

After a deeply disappointing experience at this hotel — which is advertised as a 4-star establishment — we feel compelled to share our concerns. In our opinion, the hotel does not meet the standards expected of a 4-star rating, and the quality promoted on the website is far from the reality we encountered. We strongly believe this rating should be reassessed to a 1. Throughout our stay, the service and conditions fell well below expectations, we were offered a choice of 3 rooms and each one as bad as the other. The rooms were completely unacceptable but what is most concerning is the photos on the advert do not match to that of the one we stayed in. This was confirmed by staff. However, one person truly stood out: Abbeygale. This lovely young woman went above and beyond to assist us and make us feel as comfortable as possible. She showed a level of kindness, empathy, and professionalism that no other staff member came close to. We will never forget her support and heartfelt approach during a very stressful experience. Thank you, Abbeygale — you were the one bright light in a very poor experience. Rosa and Giuseppe

An extremely kind and professional staff, make you feel at home. Always ready to help and to guide you with anything you may need. Since the front desk employees, Mica, Nico, Cande and Kalley, that are willing to go that extra mile to help, all the way to the waitress Betyana, that will take care of you at breakfast time with a beautiful smile and kind attitude,also the cleaning ladies, that are always doing an amazing job in the most quiet way, helping customers to sleep and relax without any disturbing noises. The hotel is located literally walking distance from every tourist attraction . It is close to dining places within ten minutes walk, it does have an active Police security post next door, with Officers walking over day and nights. The bathroom is miniature but clean, the beds and pillows are super comfortable, and the convenience breakfast is perfect, better that most of the best hotels in USA. If there is a long walk to anywhere you want to go, the front desk will order a taxi for you, at your convenience that will show up exactly on time and with an affordable price. After traveling over 26 countries around the world, I can truly recommend you this hotel with no hesitation. Thank you City Baires for such a nice experience, and for having employees that should make you feel very proud.

BEWARE: if you are planing a quiet and nice vacation, where you don’t need to worry about anything, then look somewhere else. It is not clear that if you don’t want to have breakfast with them, lol, then automatically you won’t have any cleaning service nor towels. Don’t know what one thing has to do with the other but whatever. Looking for the tiniest sink? Look no more, they have it, you can barely brush your teeth without spitting everywhere. And make sure you are able to sleep with noises, because you can hear it all 10 times louder that if you were down in the street. I have to say, I usually stay in hotels because I don’t like to feel like I’m at home, and have a clean towel, but honestly, I stayed in much nicer airbnbs for less the price. Save yourself from staying here. Terrible experience.
