The apartment has three bedrooms and two full bathrooms, making it perfect for groups of up to six people. Plus, each room has air conditioning so you can stay cool on hot days.  
  
Enjoy a beautiful view of the city from the apartment's balcony, the perfect place to relax after a day of sightseeing. The fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare your own meals and enjoy them in the spacious living room. In addition, our apartment has high-speed Internet to stay connected during your stay.

Guest Access:  
We have a new application called 'HOSPY', where you can make your virtual Check In with your identification. You can also pay your Security Deposit through this channel (not necessary for AIRBNB guests). The deposit is returned between 10 and 14 days after your departure. The Neighborhood:  
Palermo Hollywood is a neighborhood in the city of Buenos Aires, known for its vibrant nightlife, gastronomy, and design. The name "Hollywood" is due to the large number of television, radio and film production companies that are located in the area.  
The neighborhood has a wide variety of restaurants, bars and cafes, many of them with entertainment-themed décor. It is ideal for walking and discovering design and fashion stores, art galleries and open-air markets where you can find local and artisan products. There are also several parks and squares nearby, such as Plaza Serrano.  
  
Getting Around:  
Palermo offers several transportation options for travelers to and from the Ezeiza and Jorge Newbery Airports, as well as several bus lines and subways close to the property.  
For transportation to and from the Buenos Aires airports, guests can arrange a private transfer through Fliphaus, take a taxi, or rent a car. Private transfers provide a hassle-free option, while taxis are readily available outside the airport. Renting a car is also an option, with several rental agencies located at the airport.  
Overall, Fliphaus can help guests with all transportation needs, ensuring a smooth and stress-free travel experience.  
  
Other Things to Note:  
Our guests can request an early check-in or a late check-out, paying an additional half day, with check-in at 10:00 or check-out at 16:00 (if there is availability). #### Terrible experience in general

Oh man how do i start... First... the communication was awful and they sent inaccurate check in instructions. They only provided a code after demanding 100USD payment outside the ap. After that they sent the wrong code for the lockbox and we stayed out on the street with our luggage for an hour. 2. After finally getting into the apartment the master bedroom air and TV were broken. 3. The toilet seat (see picture on the Google review) was disgusting... 4. No laudry soap or dish soap 5. Sheets to all the beds are discolored and doubt they get washed 6. Wifi was super slow and we had to use our data most the time. Would definitely not recommend renting this apartment
