This house has all the comforts you need to enjoy your vacations or weekend getaways. The house has 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, making it ideal for a family or a group of friends. In addition, it has 2 additional single sofa beds to accommodate more guests. The terrace is the perfect place to enjoy a relaxed afternoon. It has a grill to prepare delicious barbecues and a pool to cool off on hot days. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare your favorite meals. The house with air conditioning in all rooms so you can be comfortable at any time of the day. In addition, you can enjoy high-speed internet to be connected at all times. Please note that the house is on the first floor and can only be accessed by stairs. But don't worry, the view from the terrace is worth the effort. The tall ceilings, exposed brick, ample amounts of natural light, all of it was just perfect. The beds were super comfortable and the whole living space just felt so fresh. I would love to live in this apartment full time. The location was perfect as well. We loved how close it was to awesome coffee shops, restaurants, and the gym. When we return to Buenos Aires, we will definitely try to stay here again. The only negative thing I have to say about it is the fact we couldn't bring any guests overnight. Had a great time staying at this property and would come back. Couple key things for us: (1) very clean, (2) host communication was clear and timely, (3) felt safe in the neighborhood - we walked everywhere and during night hours no problem, and (4) location was excellent - walking or short uber distance to Recoleta and Palermo. Lots of conveniences nearby as well, including coffee shops, corner stores, wine store, etc. Lastly, we really enjoyed how management handled early/late check-in/out. With long international flights, we had some awkward arrival/departure times. We were able to use their portal and pay for these services ahead of time, and thus making our trip smoother.
