Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy

No empathy. Apartment was not available. In a foreign country having to find a last minute booking and to be told I would get a fraction of any kind of help but to be told to go to any and all hotels and see if they have any availability. In a foreign country. Horrible horrible customer service. I have to find a place and it was not my fault.
