Beautiful apartment with french balcony.

It's a spacious luminous and elegant flat well located in Recoleta neighborhood, close to beautiful parks and surrounded by several museums and restaurants. The National Library is located half a block away.

Perfect place for those who love green areas, museums, elegant residences, sophisticated decoration. The neighborhood is plenty of embassies, iconic monuments, and museums, and it is close to the heart of Recoleta. Public transportation (trains and buses) are available at walking distance. Ezeiza airport (international) is one hour in average from the apartment by taxi, and J. Newbery airport (national) is 20 minutes by taxi.

It's important to mention that the building do not have elevators, so you will have to step two floors by staircase.

Carina is the housekeeper, she will be in charge of the check-in and check-out and she will be available for helping the guests in whatever they need. Additionally, Carina will be able to make extra cleaning services (full cleaning to the apartment, washing dishes, sheets and towels, and change them, etc.) subject to previous guests request to the host (Guillermo). The extra cost is US$40 per day.

Mr. Arnaldo Duarte is the doorman of the building, he counts with my all trust and he will be able to collaborate with the guests needs as well.
The apartment is equipped with a safe-box in the closet of the bedroom, instructions to use it will be provided by the host (Guillermo) directly by email, wapp, or txts (reserved information) after the guest request.

Short stay in Buenos Aires

This property was extremely well situated. We were a 2 minute walk to a very nice grocery store (Jumbo). Guillermo and his caretaker, Yoli were excellent. Yoli met us at the apartment and we were able to communicate well using google translate. Any time I called with a question they responded very quickly. The air conditioning was a real blessing as temps soared to 34C. Thank you for letting us stay at this wonderful location.

Charming apartment, great location!

We spent three nights at Guillermo's lovely apartment, feeling like locals. The kitchen and bath are clean and updated, the bed comfortable. The apartment is beautifully furnished and decorated. After we had a mix-up on arrival (our fault), Guillermo came by on our last day to personally thank you for staying and apologize for the problem. He is a wonderful host and you will be very pleased with the apartment.

Amazing place with a great location

The reviews didn't lie! Great place, great location and great communication with owner. From pick up at airport to drop off at airport and all thing in between what a great place and stay. Several stores, restaurants close by. Easy walk to subway, bus lines and taxis everywhere. My wife and I only wish we had more time here and will stay here again on our next trip! Great Place in the Perfect Location

I was in town for business mixed in with some pleasure, and I stayed at Guillermo's place. It's in the wonderful area of Recoletta, which is the perfect place to stay in my opinion,and everything was comfortable, well decorated and well supplied. Another huge positive was Guillermo's property manager Alejo. He arranged to pick me up at the airport and then take me back to the airport when I was leaving town to go to Southern Argentina. Extremely friendly and helpful guy. Understandably this was an extra cost, but I think it was probably cheaper than Uber or a taxi and he was right where he was supposed to be at the right time. Nothing but good things to say about my stay

Recoleta in October

We had a great apartment in a great location for exploring Buenos Aires. There were 4 good restaurants within 3 blocks of our apartment, a grocery store a block away, and 3 coffee/bakery places including Starbucks (on the corner of our block) within 2 blocks. The owner, Guillermo, and manager Yoli were great and very responsive to our needs. Guillermo communicated with me in advance and explained Argentina's exchange rates which was extremely helpful. The apartment fit our needs quite well. I would recommend this apartment to anyone who wants to stay in Buenos Aires.

Lovely Apartment!

We loved this apartment! Guillermo is so helpful and responsive (he even helped us arrange a driver from airport). Late check-in was easy. Apartment was very clean, great space, cute balcony, had everything you could need and was on a street off a main avenue, so a bit quieter. Close to Recoleta Cemetary (walking distance). Highly recommend! Thank you Guillermo!

Beautiful and comfortable apartment

The loca could not be better. Easy to get anywhere in the city by bus or on foot. Very clean. Great bed. The host is very responsive and helpful. Good restaurants and groceries nearby.

Sweet home in a perfect location

We loved this beautiful apartment--clean, comfortable, and perfectly located. Very close to beautiful parks and monuments, a couple blocks from the subway, around the corner from buses that go everywhere, easy to snag a taxi, and beautiful trees, buildings and people wherever you look. The french balcony was a great place to sit and enjoy, since the apartment itself is 2 floors up from a fairly quiet street. The bedroom was huge and the kitchen wonderful and very well equipped. It was nice to have a washer/dryer in the unit. Just be careful to allow plenty of time for heavier clothes like jeans to hang dry even after they're done. (This type of dryer doesn't have a vent so it doesn't quite get the job done.) This is a terrific base from which to explore a beautiful city and we'd rent it again in a heartbeat.

Great location

This is a very attractive, well decorated older apartment in a nice neighborhood. It is perfectly located to walk and explore mush of the city. Guillermo is quite easy to work with and very responsive.

Charming apartment in Recoleta with balcony

We loved this apartment and it’s location near the cemetary. We could walk to hop on hop off bus line and museums. Cabs easy to get. Apartment was well appointed. Guillermo was incredibly helpful and responsive to our questions before our visit to Buenos Aires and while we were there. We recommend this property highly.
