The location of the apartment in the building is ideal for people who require tranquility, it has comfortable and spacious space for remote work/remote academic activities.  
  
This apartment has an excellent location, near the subway/underground train station on line B, with many bus lines that take you to museums, exhibition halls and shops in a few minutes. With the subway you are in just 20 minutes at the city's famous obelisk.  
  
Just 20 minutes from Corrientes Avenue where you can find a large THEATER billboard.  
  
Our apartment is surrounded by numerous bars and restaurants so you can discover the gastronomic offer in the area.
