The landscaping beautiful. The seven additional semiprivate Jacuzzis were well maintained and conveniently located for all rooms. The pool area was clean and inviting. The room itself was immaculate, private, quite, well decorated and spacious. However, the bed was usually HARD. I kind of couldn’t believe it. Negatives: The staff consistently made us feel like we were putting them out. The restaurant staff more so than anyone definitely had a chip on their shoulder day and night. The $$$ prices at the restaurant were astronomical!!!! Also SHOCKING. And even though most staff are bilingual, it was extremely difficult to communicate with most all of the staff members. Honestly, I was extremely impressed with everything until I stayed there for a couple days. Primarily due to the restaurant. I don’t think I’ll be going back.
