Up to 2 well behaved dogs are allowed for $25.00 night per dog and a $25.00 additional cleaning fee. $350 damage deposit which is promptly refunded if house is left in proper condition. The kitchen was fully stocked, space incredibly clean, couch was cozy and views that will take your breath away. It is perfectly situated within 8 min to BV but far enough away to experience the sounds of silence. Our dog loved all the space to run around. Only hiccup was the king mattress needs an update. The home was well stocked with all essentials. Loads of parking for our vehicle and side by side and it's trailer. The washer & dryer worked great and perfectly located in the master bedroom bathroom. The host reached out to us shortly after our arrival to find out if we needed anything and if we needed trash pickup. Beds were also comfortable. I had read a review that mentioned road noise, but was hardly noticeable on outside and not at all inside house.. Great location and had plenty of parking for trailering jeeps for offroading. The house was clean and had pretty much everything we needed. The house air conditioning is only a mini-split wall unit that doesn't keep the whole house cool, even with fans.
