The villa is on two levels and it faces in Viale Dei Lidi. In the ground floor there is a welcoming living area with a comfortable sofa convertible into a double bed, a TV connected to digital satellite dish to reach the major of the national and international channels. Beside the living area there is a kitchen with all the major appliances such as a gas cooker with electric oven, refrigerator and small freezer. A service toilet with the washing machine is available in the same floor. At the first floor there are two bright bedrooms (on request they can be converted into a room with 3 single beds or a double and a single bed per room) and a large bathroom with a shower. The two bedrooms have direct access to a spacious "veranda" with direct sea view. Let's not forget a spacious "veranda-patio" equipped with a table and garden chairs and a BBQ to enjoy all the meals outside and also to relax sitting outside drinking a cold drink or a glass of Sardinia wine :) The outdoor patios are covered by ornamental plants called bougainvilleas, making Villa Bougainvillea unique in the area. A garden and of course a parking area is available at the Villa. I would like to "highlight" the amazing and strategic location of Villa Bougainvillea in the area that it allows my lovely guests to reach the beach in less than 2 mins walking and only 5 minutes or even less to reach all the main shops in the area, leaving the car parked in the spot all the time. If you drive all entire year and and you are stressed out by the traffic, cars, public transports, and you want to forget only for a few days or weeks how to drive. This is a sensation that you will definitely feel if you stay in Villa Bougainvilleas. Nor car, no stress, no public transport!! What about the Budoni town? During the summer the city council organizes cultural events and entertainment and most of the evenings the main street is transformed in a walk area where you can enjoy the real and local summer atmosphere surrounded by markets selling local products and you can also taste the artisan Italian ice cream, wines etc. Totally guaranteed! :D Of course the nightlife lovers.. there is something for them as well. Only 2 km away from Budoni town there is a disco/nightclub named "Pata Pata" open all night until 6-7am. Good music, good vibes, good people. Let's not forget also that occasionally during the summer weeks, you can enjoy night concerts in the beach; a very real attraction for all ages. Das Haus befindet sich tatsächlich ca. 200 Meter vom Stand entfern und nicht so wie in der Anzeige vom Vermieter angegeben "nur 50 Meter". Also 50 Meter ist definitiv falsche Angabe. Auch was in der Anzeige nicht angegeben ist, dass das Haus direkt auf sehr stark befahrbarer Straße steht. Die Fenster von beiden Schlafzimmern gehen unglücklicherweise auch zur Straße, so dass man auch in der Nacht mit geschlossenen Fenstern nicht ruhig schlafen kann, besonders wenn keine Klimaanlage gibt. SEHR WICHTIG: Das Haus hat keine Klimaanlage und bei den Außentemperaturen von 35-42 Grad ist es einfach unmöglich im Haus zu sein und besonders was für die Familie zu kochen. Die Küche ist sehr klein und hat keinen richtigen Fenster, auch die Abzugshaube saugt das Luft nicht nach außen sondern zirkuliert heißen Luft in der erster Etage da die Küche nicht abschließbar ist. Ich habe versucht den Vermittler am nächsten Tag anzusprechen, dass wir unseren Urlaub nicht genießen können und er eine mobiles Klimagerät, welches nur 200-300 Euro kosten besorgen soll, drauf hin habe ich ihm nicht mehr gesehen und er hat sich auch nicht gemeldet. Das Haus gehört einer alter Frau (ca. 80 Jahre) und der A. ist nur der Vermittler, welcher Kontakt zu den Kunden pflegt. In die Möbel und Ausstattung wurde seit 30 Jahren nicht investiert. Vom Haus ist man in wenigen Gehminuten am Meer, auch Restaurants und Supermarkt sind fußläufig erreichbar. Einziges Manko aus unserer Sicht ist der Verkehr. Es gibt keinen Garten, nur eine Terrasse zur Straße hin, circa 3 m entfernt. Man kann das Meer von dort aus zwar erahnen, allerdings hat man keinen Meerblick! Es stehen Bäume dazwischen. Das Meer ist fußläufig Ca 150 m. Das Haus ist mit Möbeln aus den sechziger Jahren bestückt, die alle nicht gerade komfortabel oder schön sind. Die Betten haben keine Lattenroste, sondern Drahtgeflechte. Die Schlafzimmer gehen alle zur Straße raus. Das Badezimmer ist alt und ohne jeglichen Komfort. In der Dusche kann man sich gar nicht bewegen und der Warmwassertank ist viel zu klein zum Duschen . Kabel hängen aus der Wand. Es ist kein Haus zum wohlfühlen. Wir sind nach einer Übernachtung ausgezogen, weil man so keinen Urlaub machen kann. Es war eine totale FehlBuchung. Der Vermieter war nicht anwesend und hat seine Mutter und Großmutter vorgeschickt, die nur Italienisch sprachen. Von der vorausgezahlten Leistung haben wir nicht einen Cent zurückbekommen. Ich würde mich schämen so eine Ferienwohnung zu vermieten! Fewo direkt ist auch für nichts zuständig und war uns auch keine Hilfe. ##### Jutta E.
