If you are looking for a home in Sardinia where you can relax, with a good position and full of typical character in the area, this is your chance. The villa is located in Tanaunella, about 1 km from Budoni where you will find all services, shops, banks, post office, restaurants and nightlife.
You will be just minutes from a white sandy beach and crystal clear sea like Sa Capannizza, Porto Ainu or Sant'anna. All the beaches in the area offer various amenities such as pedal boating, canoes, beach umbrellas and chairs, bars and restaurants.
The house has 2 spacious double bedrooms, a bathroom, an open plan lounge and kitchenette. The large covered terrace will allow you to relax and enjoy the sunset overlooking the sea. Even the garden with a large marble table will be ideal for barbecues or relaxing under the shade of trees or sunbathing. Ideal for children because of the fully enclosed garden.
The villa is tastefully decorated following the traditional Sardinian style.
The rental price includes water, electricity and gas. Clean sheets, pillowcases, pillows and blankets will also be provided. At an additional cost of 10 euros per person, you can rent a set of towels (bidet, face and shower). It is important that you order the towels at least 2 weeks before the arrival time.
The washing machine is available in the house for every need.
Air conditioning is present in the living space whilst in the rooms there are ceiling fans.
There is also have a safe for your valuables and documents.
An extra bed can be provided on request at a cost of 10 euros per day.
Upon arrival the house will be clean and tidy. Renters will be liable for any damage that is not related to the normal use of objects, furniture or facilities inside the home.

#### Pretty house in beautiful surroundings
We enjoyed our stay very much. The house has everything you need. Highlight is the terrace with a beautiful view! Its close to Budoni, so its also close to the beach. Tanaunella itself is very calm, what we enjoyed very much. The host was also very friendly and communication was easy.

We really enjoyed our holiday in Tanaunella. Everything was very clean and tidy. We were 4 adults and had enough space. The area is very quiet and it is only a few minutes by car to the beautiful sandy beach. From Tanaunella you can also make lovely trips into the surrounding area. Orosai Bay is easily accessible by car. There are also very nice excursion destinations to the north. We only had contact with the property manager Fabio via voice message. He was always very helpful and accommodating. I can therefore recommend the holiday home without reservation.

Wir waren bereits das zweite Mal in der Unterkunft, auch dieses Mal war es wieder ein sehr schöner Urlaub.Der Vermieter antwortet sehr schnell und zuverlässig, das Haus ist in einem guten Zustand und es ist wirklich ein eigenständiges Haus und keine Ferienwohnung, wie es bei anderen Inseraten öfters der Fall ist.Die Lage ist gut (nahe an Budoni), trotzdem braucht man natürlich ein Auto, alleine aufgrund der Größe der Insel.Das Haus selber war in einem guten Zustand, kleine Reperaturen (Gasherd funktioniert, leider sind 2 Kochstellen defekt gewesen) werden schnell nachgeholt, insofern alles top. In der Küche selbst ist das Meiste vorhanden, ein zweiter Kochtopf wäre hilfreich gewesen, so war das Kochen manchmal etwas umständlich. ;-)Insgesamt wieder sehr gut, tolles Ferienhaus mit gutem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis und tollem & zuverlässigen Vermieter!

Auf dem zweiten Blick wurden wir warm mit der Unterkunft. Sehr abgenutzt manche Bereiche. Ruhige Lage aber KEIN MEERBLICK!!! Von der Terrasse hat man einen schönen Blick in die Berge. Schlafzimmer im EG daher kühler. Ventilatoren in den Schlafzimmern OG Klimaanlage. Teilweise Geruchsbelästigung durch Abwasser.

Zu zweit hatten wir eine tolle Zeit in dieser tollen Unterkunft. Abzug gibts in der Sauberkeit, da geht noch mehr. Die Küchenutensilien sind teils sehr alt und defekt ( Bratpfanne, Käsereibe). Einen Toaster hätten wir uns gewünscht. Pluspunkt: Weg vom Massentourismus, Strand und Naturpark in 30 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar über verschiedene Wege. Fabio ist sehr freundlich und gibt schnell Antwort. Wir würden wieder gehen!

#### Schöne Unterkunft
Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt. Die Unterkunft ist sehr gut ausgestattet, sauber und für unsere Unternehmungen war sie ideal gelegen. Vom Balkon aus hat man einen wunderschönen Blick. Außerdem ist die Lage insgesamt sehr ruhig. Ein paar Meter die Straße hoch ist ein nettes Café, wo man gemütlich etwas trinken kann. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war unkompliziert. All unsere Fragen wurden schnell beantwortet und wir würden jederzeit sehr gerne wiederkommen.

Das Haus ist groß genug für 4 Personen. Ein paar Kleinigkeiten könnten verbessert werden ( Stühle für den Tisch unten) aber allgemein das Haus ist schön...und ist alles da was man braucht... Sehr schön sind die Blumen in Garten / Hof.. die Terrasse ist das schönstes im Haus Wir waren zufrieden und hatten schöne Tage. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig. Fabio war immer und schnell erreichbar. #### Hübsches Häuschen mit allem was man braucht
Wir haben uns (drei Erwachsene) sehr wohl gefühlt, es hat an nichts gefehlt und auch die Lage war in Ordnung: Am Ortsausgang und auf der einen Seite mit Meerblick und auf der anderen Seite der Blick auf eine riesige Bougainville und einen grünen Hügel. Wir hatten zwar einen Leihwagen, aber auch zu Fuß konnte man sogar den Strand erreichen, wenn man Lust auf etwas Bewegung hat, Wanderschuhe braucht man dazu, entgegen einer gelesenen Rezension, ganz bestimmt nicht, das würde sogar in Flipflops gehen. Eine Bar zum Kaffetrinken, Zigaretten kaufen etc, gibt es glech um die Ecke. Geschäfte und Pizzeria gibt es etwas weiter unten im Ort. Den Vermieter habe ich zwar nicht gesehen, aber er war sehr nett und bei Bedarf immer einfach zu erreichen. Es war aber auch alles sehr einfach und unkompliziert und wir brauchten daher gar keine persönliche Assistenz vor Ort - das wäre aber sicherlich auch möglich gewesen, Das Häuschen ist auch an Regentagen sehr gemütlich, gut ausgestattet und bietet reichlich Platz, auch wenn man sich mal aus dem Weg gehen will. Ich würde sofort wieder dorthin fahren. Wir waren sehr zufrieden!

#### Sehr schönes Ferienhaus mit großartiger Aussicht und tollem Vermieter
Ein sehr schönes Ferienhaus, die Bilder im Internet übertreiben nicht, das Haus ist vollständig ausgestattet und sehr geschmackvoll und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Es hat einen sehr schönen Balkon, den wir wegen der tollen Aussicht ausgiebig genutzt haben. Es gibt einen netten kleinen Garten mit Grill, Liegestuhl, Gartendusche, Tisch und Sitzplätze, für Besuche am Strand stehen Sonnenschirm und Strandstühle zur Verfügung. Das Haus hat eine sehr gute Lage, ein Einkaufsmarkt und Restaurants sind zu Fuß erreichbar, der nächste größere Ort Budoni und die sehr schönen Strände Sa Capannizza und Sant’Anna sind nur 2km entfernt. Ein Auto ist dennoch empfehlenswert, alleine schon, um die bezaubernde Umgebung zu erkunden. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter Fabio war sehr gut. Wir bekamen vorab umfangreiche Informationen über das Haus, eine Wegbeschreibung und eine Beschreibung der Schlüsselübergabe per Keybox, die dann problemlos funktioniert hat. Auch auf Anfragen hat er immer schnell und umfassend reagiert.

#### Wunderbares Haus mit tollem Vermieter
Wir hatten das Haus für 14 Tage mit 2 Kindern (7,10 Jahre) gemietet. Die Einrichtung und das Haus insgesamt entsprechen sehr gut den Bildern und der Beschreibung (ist sogar besser, da es im Wohnzimmer inzwischen einen neuen Fernseher gibt), es handelt sich hier auch wirklich um ein eigenes Ferienhaus und nicht um eine Wohnung in einem Haus (wie wohl oft bei anderen Anzeigen der Fall). Im Ort selbst sind ein Restaurant, ein Einkaufsmarkt und eine Apotheke sehr gut zu Fuß zu erreichen, der nächste größere und gut belebte Ort Budoni ist ca. 2 km entfernt. Ein eigenes Auto ist trotzdem sehr zu empfehlen, da die Insel einfach sehr groß ist und man im Prinzip jeden Tag einen anderen Strand/Ort austesten kann (und meiner Meinung nach auch sollte, da es einfach sehr viele schöne Strände bzw. Städte zu entdecken gibt). Das Haus war sehr sauber und die Einrichtung inkl. Küche wirklich sehr gut, wer nicht ständig essen gehen will, kann hier gut kochen. Im Haus gibt es eine Klimaanlage, diese ist aber nur oben, die Schlafräume hingegen unten, was im Juli/August schon mal sehr heiß werden kann...:-) zur Not stand unten aber ein Ventilator bereit, evtl. kann man hier unten noch eine Klimaanlage nachrüsten, sofern das von der maximal möglichen Leistung (Stromnetz) her geht. Der Außenbereich ist wirklich schön und sehr gepflegt, Sitzplätze für 6 Leute vorhanden, ebenfalls eine Gartenliege! Unser Highlight war die Gartendusche, absolut top. Eine Außenküche mit Grill ist ebenfalls vorhanden, leider hat der Wasserhahn nicht funktioniert, haben wir aber auch nicht benötigt. Noch besser als das Haus ist aber der Vermieter! Fabio hat immer sehr schnell und wirklich freundlich & hilfsbereit auf Anfragen reagiert, teilweise innerhalb von wenigen Minuten. Besser geht es aus meiner Sicht wirklich nicht, es gibt einem auch ein sicheres Gefühl, dass man bei Fragen immer jemanden erreichen kann. Auch der Ablauf beim Check-In, Schlüsselübergabe inkl. Anfahrt/Abfahrt lief wirklich top aus unserer Sicht! Insgesamt ein super Haus mit tollem Preis/Leistungsverhältnis und einem top Vermieter! Fabio, vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit und tolle Unterstützung, wir kommen gerne wieder! :-)

#### Ohne Fahrzeug geht hier nichts
Die Lage ist leider ziemlich abseits. Nur für geübte Wanderer geeignet, oder mit Fahrzeug. Das Beste am Haus sind die Betten. Keine Sitz- oder Liegemöglichkeiten im Garten. Die Möbel auf dem Balkon sind in die Jahre gekommen, die Auflagen durchgesessen. Kaffeemaschinen gibt es 3 Stück: aber nur italienische Espressomaschinen. Die aber in 3 Größen. Es fehlte uns eine Mappe mit Infos über \_Busverbindungen ( wo bekomme ich Tickets?) Wo ist der nächste Supermarkt, Restaurant etc. , Kontaktdaten für Notfälle, Arzt, Apotheke etc.
