Holiday House located in the centre of Budoni a few steps from the event area and about 800 metres from the beach. The House has private access and secure parking, Garden, Veranda with Dining Area, Pergola with relaxation area, Kitchen and Living Room, Double Bedroom and Bathroom with Shower.  
  
Situated right in the centre of Budoni, this recently built property is ideal for those who like to spend their holidays in comfort without having to move with their car and with all services at hand. The main street and all services, as well as the events area that animate the village during the summer season, are just 150 metres away. Equipped with private access, the house is surrounded by a lawned garden that also offers an outdoor shower and a large courtyard with secure parking space. The patio is connected to the outdoor pergola where the lounge and relaxation area is located. A comfortable outdoor dining area is equipped with table and chairs. The open plan kitchen offers a living area with sofa and TV and a modern style kitchen complete with appliances: Fridge and Freezer, Microwave, Oven, Dishwasher and Induction Cooker. The corridor leads to the two large bedrooms, one of which has a double bed and one that can be either double or twin if required. This is completed by a modern bathroom with shower and direct access to the garden. The entire property is served by air conditioning and Wi-Fi. The nearest beach can also be reached on foot and is approximately 800 metres away. Just 100 metres away are all services and the bus stop connecting Budoni with other nearby centres.
