This Villa is set in Pedra e Cupa , a residential area in Budoni far just 800 mt from city center and 200 mt from the beach , both reachable by feet .Property offer a private parking slot , a garden in front and on the backside and a double Patio : the first in front with dining area and the second on the back with relax area .  
  
A fully furnished kitchen is available on the living , completed by Tv and sofa . The offer of property is completed by a double bedroom ( one twin and 1 double ) and a bathroom with shower . Air conditioning , wi-fi connection and washing machine .Each property has his garden for exclusive use. Only this three areas must be shared with others guest: Parking, Entrance and path along the garden to reach differents access of each house.  
  
Nearby are available all shop and services that could be reach by feet . Budoni city centre could be join walking for 8/10 minutes. Path to reach the beach is shared with all proprties set in the area. Pedra e Cupa is a quiet place and no traffic area due the closed street available just for people who live in the houses here building. During summer season in Budoni centre is available the evening market.
