The kitchen room is large, new, very well equipped, with a comfortable double sofa bed. The bathroom is lovely and brand new, the shower is large and modern. Another shower is situated in the back veranda and a further one in the garden. The rooms are small, but delightful. The double bedroom has a French bed (140 x 190), built-in wardrobe, long mirror, bookcase. The twin bedroom, which is through to the bathroom, has bunk beds with safety rails, wardrobe and bookcase, dolls and toys for children. TV, washing machine, fireplace, AIR CONDITIONING. Jun 29, 2023 Liked: Communication, location, listing accuracy #### Family vacation with 6 month old baby Porto Ottiolu is a beautiful village with a great harbor and many good restaurants. Also the beach was beautiful. In the main season there is also a bakery, it opened in June. In Budoni there are many supermarket’s and in Porto Ottiolu a small local street market takes place on Tuesday. Unfortunately, in our case there were several things dirty in the house when we arrived (e.g the child seat, the carpet in the kitchen and the curtain). Also the veranda and the part behind the house with the outdoor shower was not clean (sand and leaves from several weeks/month) and in the garden there were many bottle caps. The owner Roberta told us that she had some issues with the cleaning lady, so hopefully it will be better for next guests, as the location of the house is great. On several days we also had problems with the water, but this seemed to be a problem of the village. The child room is a passage/connecting room to the bathroom which can be seen on the pictures. We did not recognize it from the pictures and had a few problems as our baby wakes up very easily. But for Childs/baby’s that have a good sleep, it is no problem if you need to go through their room to reach the bathroom. If everything is cleaned inside the house and also the surrounding (veranda, outdoor shower, garden) it is a nice place to stay for Holiday. ##### Annika D. Devo dire che ci siamo trovati davvero benissimo. L'ambiente è ben arredato, la cucina dispone di tutti i comfort, il bagno è grande e non manca nulla, c'è anche la lavatrice! Noi abbiamo richiesto, a pagamento, i teli e la biancheria perché siamo giunti con l'aereo. Bellissimo lo spazio esterno, ben curato nel prato e con tanti fiori. C'è anche il tavolo sotto il portico con il barbecue per mangiare all'aperto. Apprezzabile è la vicinanza al Porto (3 minuti a piedi) con i vari ristoranti, panetteria, bar, farmacia e piccolo supermercato. Roberta è stata super gentile e disponibile, ha sempre risposto a tutte le nostre domande con estrema gentilezza e cortesia. Consigliamo vivamente di soggiornare in questa struttura!!! La casa corrisponde esattamente a quanto scritto nell’annucio. Bellissima la veranda sul davanti che risulta in ombra dal tardo pomeriggio e quindi ottima per cenare fuori. Appartamento dotato di tutto il necessario, arredato con con cura e attenzione. Utilissima anche la seconda veranda sul retro con doccia, lavello e lavatrice. Roberta è stata gentilisssima e nonostante un piccolo distiguido durante il check in ha rimediato con professionalità, gentilezza e attenzione. Siamo stati accolti dalla gentilezza di Roberta, molto disponibile a fornirci informazioni e consigli per poter apprezzare al meglio la bellezza della zona. Ci ha mostrato la casa, molto pulita, e tutte le sue innumerevoli comodità: dalle tantissime stoviglie, ai condizionatori, alla lavatrice, al phon, tv, non manca niente. Casa molto confortevole, recentemente ristrutturata e arredata con gusto. Nel curatissimo giardino è possibile parcheggiare l’auto, è presente un patio con tavoli e sedie per poter apprezzare al meglio la possibilità di mangiare o sorseggiare un rilassante aperitivo all’aperto, è presente un comodo barbecue. Cucina e soggiorno, in cui è presente un comodo divano letto, camino e la tv, formano un unico e accogliente ambiente, nelle due camere, benché di piccole dimensioni, lo spazio risulta sufficiente, con letti a castello in una e letto ad una piazza e mezza nell’altra. Bellissimo il bagno con doccia decisamente comoda, da cui si accede ad un grande spazio aperto in cui si trova la lavatrice e un lavandino, lo stendino e anche una seconda doccia. La casa si trova in una bellissima posizione: a pochi passi dal porticciolo, negozi , ristoranti, market e dalla spiaggia, ma anche a pochi chilometri da San Teodoro e le rinomate e bellissime spiagge di Lu Impostu, Cala Brandinchi, La Cinta, Capo Coda Cavallo e tante altre. Abbiamo particolarmente apprezzato il barbecue, lo spazio fuori, la possibilitá di mangiare all'aperto, la pulizia della casa. La proprietaria Roberta é stata disponibilissima, e ci ha anche viziati con qualche regalino a sorpresa. Porto Ottiolu é molto carino, nel suo porticciolo si puó trovare di tutto, dalle bancarelle, ai market, ai locali e ristoranti. Anche la spiaggia accanto é apprezzabile. Si é comunque molto vicini a San Teodoro dove vi sono spiagge stupende. Alloggio consigliatissimo. ##### mihail b.
