Relax and unwind! This light and spacious beachside house has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, polished floorboards, internet and a north facing deck off the living room. Nestled between the beach and the lake, listen to the waves and feel the sea-breeze.

Both upstairs and downstairs living rooms have TV.

The large private backyard has an established garden, BBQ area with outdoor furniture and is fully fenced. Perfect for a game of backyard cricket and secure for children and dogs.

Just a short walk to the beach, lake, local shops, cafes and Hotel.

Lovely quintessential pet friendly Aussie beach house with 4 large double rooms, amazing back yard, lots of seating and hang out spaces. Well equipped Kitchen Host was responsive, friendly and accommodating. Short walk to Budgewoi patrolled surf beach and dog beach also walkable. Close to Coles, various shops and a Pub.

The house had ample space for a group of 8. Kitchenette downstairs near backyard was handy when spending time outdoors. Dishwashers in both kitchen and kitchenette. Aircon downstairs meant there was always somewhere cool to go. Only downside was there wasn’t aircon upstairs, but this was a minor issue. We opened windows to let the seabreeze in. Location was so close to the beach, access was just down the road. House being Pet friendly was a bonus and extremely secure for family members dog.

Great Location

We all enjoyed our stay at the Blue House Budgewoi. We have a few issues we would like to mention. Bedrooms and bathrooms were presentable and clean. The rest of the house was generally clean and comfortable. The kitchen cupboard doors and ceiling are in need of refurbishment. We were unable to read the dials on the oven. The BBQ was dirty and unusable. The photo of the house on line was a misrepresentation of what it looks like today. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you could possibly need. We felt the mats were a trip hazard.

Great family home!

Great family property for both kids and dogs. A safe, fully enclosed back yard and a bright and airy home with 2 living areas and 2 bathrooms. Really enjoyed our stay, in spite of the wet weather!

A great break

We had a lovely stay. Plenty of space for the family to spread out and space to come together for meals and board games. The kitchen is the best appointed kitchen we have come across in a holiday house, everything you could need to cook and even bake. Couches for all to read, relax or watch a movie. Short stroll to the beach and lakes but recommend the short drive to Soldier's Beach if you like to swim. We had a very relaxing time. The dog had plenty of space to run around. Michael is an excellent host and communicates in very timely manner and is super helpful. If you are looking for a relaxing break away from the hustle and bustle Budgewoi Blue House is a great choice.

Family birthday

What a great property! It’s huge so plenty of room for people to get together but also to have their own space. Balcony & deck gives outside space in most weathers. Also a perfect place for pets as totally fenced, good garden & very near dog friendly beach. Owner very good communication.

Great for families

We have 2 little dogs, so it’s important that they are safe to roam in the yard, I can’t watch them all of the time. I’ve had places overgrown with spiders etc.. but this yard was great and the house was just as great. Spacious for a big family. Walk to the beach. I will be staying there again for sure

All family members enjoyed their stay. Loved all the trees surrounding the house it was very private. It was like being in a treehouse. Good location and the house was well presented had everything you would need for your holiday.

Relaxing stay

My family and I stayed at the Budgewoi Blue Beach House and it was such a nice and relaxing experience. Michael’s place was so spacious and had almost everything you need! The backyard was large and definitely children and dog friendly as it was secured. No issues during our and only wish we could have stayed longer.

Relaxing family stay

House was spotlessly clean throughout. Gardens were well maintained. First night was really cold and the downstairs warmed up lovely with the reverse cycle system but there isn't one available upstairs for the kitchen/living bedroom which felt a bit damp and cold when we arrived. When the sun came out, the ceiling fans were effective but the front bedrooms overlooking the street were extremely hot and stuffy. Ceiling fans but no aircon available upstairs. Only used the upstairs bathroom but the shower had good water pressure and plenty of hot water for all. Lots of loo rolls provided. All beds were very comfortable,good quality linens and plenty of pillows/blankets.Great nights sleep! Only 2 small issues with bedrooms; the framed prints above the bed are too low (glass doesn't make a comfortable or safe bedhead) and no coat hangers in rooms (just a personal preference) Downstairs living area claimed by teenager and had everything he needed. Kitchens had everything you might need to cater for 40+ guests , massive amount of glassware and crockery throughout. Upstairs kitchen had everything needed but every cupboard/drawer was filled to capacity so had to leave groceries out on counter. Would prefer to put them away to reduce cluttered look & temptation for pests. Lovely relaxing place, could do with a bit more work upstairs (particularly the look of the upstairs flooring and air con situation). If you don't care about those things, then you'll love this house!

Very relaxing

We stayed for a week during the school holidays. The house is close to the beach and the lake, situated on a quiet street. It was very clean with fresh flowers in the vases, fully equipped kitchen, crisp bed linen and towels. Fenced backyard for our cavoodle was a special bonus. Communication with Michael was very prompt and easy. Thank you and all the best.

Budgewoi Blue Beach House 5 night stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our 5 night stay at the house! The layout of the house was great, multiple living spaces, indoor and outdoor eating areas. It was nicely decorated and was well stocked with everything you could need - washing machine, dryer, 2 x dishwashers, vacuum cleaner, iron, hair dryer, dishwashing tablets, paper towel etc. Our kids and our small dog loved the fully enclosed backyard. It’s just across the road from a bush track/boardwalk to the beach and only 10 minutes to Norah Head rock pool. Plenty of great places to eat nearby. Michael’s communication was great! Would definitely stay again!

Awesome

We were two families and it was such a good stay. We will have to come back next time. The kids and the dog had tons of fun in the backyard. The place was clean and tidy. The check-in process was quick and easy. The host, Michael provided us with all the details. There are nice dog friendly cafes and beaches at a short walk. Spade park is close too and it gives you a nice view to the lake. I highly recommend Thai stay if you want to stay close to the beach.

Relaxing Budgewoi Holiday

We are family of four with two children (13 & 10 yo) and a cavoodle. This is our second visit to this property and we weren’t disappointed! The house is lovely, well equipped with plenty of space, the location is excellent easy walk to lake, beach and local coffee shop and restaurants. Michael is a fantastic property manager, easy to deal with and extremely responsive and helpful. Would highly recommend this property - we will be back!!

Budgewoi beauty.

This place has everything needed for a great stay. Plenty of room, modern bathrooms, 2 kitchen areas with every utensil imaginable, an eclectic mix of furniture and artworks. Highly recommend a visit.
