Couple’s Getaway_Fast WiFi_Private Entry to Studio Apartment _Buda_Private Pool

Conveniently located South of Austin, this studio is above a detached garage on a wooded 5+ acre gated estate in Buda. The 450 sq ft studio has a private, indoor entrance with off street parking. Wi-Fi, smart LCD tv and Blu ray player.

All the conveniences of a traditional hotel: Walk-in closet has a full size ironing board and iron with starch spray and water bottle. Waffle weave bathrobe. Keurig k-cup coffee machine, Mr.Coffee machine, refrigerator with freezer, blender, slow cooker crock pot, George Foreman grill, induction cooktop, toaster and microwave

7.5 miles W of I-35 at Onion Creek exit, South Park Meadows shopping center area
8.0 miles S of MoPac at Slaughter Ln exit, Circle C community

Available for nightly and weekly stays. The calendar is up to date. Enter exact dates for an accurate quote.

The studio has a custom built Murphy bed with Queen size pillow top mattress. The mattress and all pillows are protected with an allergen reducing/dust mite and bed bug proof encasement. All linens are washed in Charlie's Laundry Soap, a green, biodegradable, chemical and fragrance free product.

Included: sampling of K-cups, coffee filters, bottled water, creamer, sugar, basic spices, pam cooking spray, vegetable oil, olive oil, paper towels and napkins, basic desk supplies, cleaning supplies, trash bags.

Furniture: secretary desk, task lamp, chair, reclining love seat

Seasonally available (May-Sept): pool and charcoal bar-b-que

Safety: The studio is equipped with a first aid kit, smoke detector, carbon monoxide detector and fire extinguisher.

We were in town for a graduation and found this to be the perfect spot between Austin and San Marcos! Cute and clean studio with many thoughtful touches. Check in & out were easy! Requires many stairs for entry, not an issue for us but may be for some. We would absolutely stay here again.

Cozy nook

This modest sized garage apartment is plenty roomy for one or two people and very comfortable. Clean and inviting, it’s enough out in the country to be peaceful, but close enough to town for restaurants and fun. Nice place to get away.

Peaceful spring break stay

This was our third stay at Marian's studio rental. It is perfect for a couple's getaway with approximately 30-40 minute drive to activities in Austin. Great restaurants in nearby Buda, Kyle, and Driftwood.. Also, San Marcos is about 25 minutes away for excellent outlet shopping. Studio is very clean, has a comfortable Murphy bed, and a great shower. Marian has thoughtfully stocked the fridge with a few cold beverages for your arrival. Thanks for another wonderful stay!

Lovely and Quiet Getaway

Very nicely appointed space. Very quiet neighborhood in a rural setting but only 15 minutes from my daughter's house. A wonderful alternative to staying in a hotel, especially while COVID is still a real risk in crowded places. Very clean, lots of amenities, and the bed was pretty comfortable with a good choice of pillows. We will be looking to rebook here first every time we travel to visit my daughter.

Great shower

My partner and I wanted to shower before our ceremony at Chapel Dulcinea. We chose this location because it advertised being 5.5 miles from the venue. Imagine my surprise when I went to drive here and it was 14 miles. Lovely property, and great shower. Not 5.5 miles from Chapel Dulcinea unless you are a bird.

Great Getaway!

This property was so well thought out. It’s separate from the house in a very cute, arched stone patio that separates the two. The decor was magazine worthy and the cleanliness was immaculate. I only wish my trip was longer so I could have enjoyed the stay longer.

Quiet Buda retreat!

Perfect getaway in the Texas woods

The property is perfectly secluded and away from the rush of Austin. It was a great opportunity for the Mrs. and I to get away for a bit and relax at the pool with some drinks. The room is separated from the main house so noise wasn't a concern on either side, and the host was lovely and helpful. 10/10 would recommend and will be renting again in the future.
