Host was communicative leading up to the stay. We were transparent with what our event would be and the host graciously allowed us to stay. When the day of check-in came contact with host became difficult. We were only able to, finally, get ahold of the owner at the end of our stay. On top of that, there was damage to the property that we were unaware of including taken down smoke detectors in every room. We also noticed a STRONG lingering scent of cigarettes and pile of used cigarettes/trash in the fire pit outside. ##### Sammie O.
