"The cottage was nice for what we needed which was a place to shower and sleep. It was a little further from Acadia National Park (about 45 minute drive one-way). Allen was very kind and welcoming. The grounds were in need of some care and we are pretty sure there was a mouse in the cottage."

"The cabin was fantastic. It was the perfect place to stay for me and my dog. The hosts were wonderful and helped me whenever I needed questions answered. It was very tastefully decorated. They had everything I needed in both the bathroom and kitchen. The grounds and gardens were absolutely beautiful. Weaver's across the street was very convenient. I would highly recommend! "The property was clean and as listed upon arrival. Our son loved having the water right up the the house and being able to fish. "Overall the trip was great the house was not bad, But the driveway is very rough on low riding vehicles. I also found it weird that during my stay the owner message to me to let me know he would be dropping off a snow plow at the house that day. I know it's their property and all it just felt weird as I paid thousands of dollars to be there."
