It has a little bit of everything, as we like to say. Given that our hotel is a boutique type, we decided that quality rather than quantity would be preferable. Our restaurant, which is known to be one of the best Italian restaurants in the area, arranges the breakfast for our guests, and the food is prepared by professional kitchen staff. Due to this reason, we are aware that the quality of the food is high. Also, our restaurant, Il Peccato, is one of the better-known restaurants in the Old City Center. Regarding your remarks, we have to mention that due to the historical and unique architecture of the building, some rooms were designed to face the interior of the hotel and their windows being unable to be opened, Japan and Boho being some of them. Our guests have to keep in mind that the allocation of the rooms are based on availability and requests, and due to the fact that every room is themed differently, some may not enjoy the way the rooms are personalized. As we have 10 out of 19 rooms with windows facing the outside of the hotel, we recommend our guests to check our website to visualise the rooms. This way, they can request a specific room and we always try to keep in mind the special requests of our clients. About the noise in the vicinity of the location of our hotel, as it is stated on every public domain, we are situated in the Old City Centre of Bucharest, which is an attraction spot for people looking to enjoy a night out. The vibrant and alive area is filled with restaurants and bars that can stay up for a whole night, especially if there are special events that people want to join. The breakfast is structured so it can contain certain types of foods that people can enjoy. We like to say that it has a little bit of everything. Taking into consideration that our hotel is a Boutique type, we thought that it would be best to go for quality, instead of quantity. We regret that you did not find the breakfast options viable for you, but if you had any requests (gluten free, vegan/vegetarian options etc.), we could have found solutions to your inquiry. We have done our best to provide all the necessary information on our property profile so our guests can make an adequate decision when booking a stay in the Old Town. It is certain that maybe for this stay it would have been more comfortable to have an on site parking lot and be in a more quiet area of the city. However not all the rooms are exposed to the Old Town bustling life and whenever we know in advance that our guests are sensitive to noise we do our best to allocate quieter rooms. As you have said, and we agree with that, our hotel did not serve your purpose this time, but on the other hand, most of our guests are very happy to be literally a few steps away from everting one might want to experience when visiting Bucharest, as all the sights and attractions are extremely close. Indeed the algorithm used by expedia to estimate the airport traveling time is not realistic, and exclude parking and walking, but also probably taking the best driving scenario with low traffic and knowing the city. We also regret that you could not attend to our breakfast. All those aspects of your stay might could easily be improved now that you know our property and we truly hope you will consider coming back and exploring our beautiful city as we are looking forward to welcoming you back for a longer stay when we will have the chance to make it memorable.
