Highly recommended hotel, room was very clean, very spacious compared to other hotels. All staff(from restaurant/kitchen staff up to reception staff ) were very helpful, very pleasant to customers! We celebrated our golden wedding anniversary during our stay, I would like to extend our great appreciation especially to “Adonis” whom he made our day so special, thanks Adonis for your surprise/present. Also special thanks to Alexandria from the reception. Their breakfast has enough varieties, from cold cuts to hot meals. The hotel is walkable to Old Town. Will stay here again if ever we will visit Bucharest in the future.

Staff was good except for a night front desk person. Cleanliness in my room wasn't good. When I took my socks off I could feel the dirt and started looking around and it just looked like they had recently done work in the room. There was a smell coming from the bathroom sink drain so I plugged it. At the entrance of the room I could feel most likely the hot water pipes under the floor. There waa something on one of the pillows that I just don't know how to describe. Bathroom door handle had a dent in it. The shower door seal was slightly off so water would go into the bathroom. The shower door and bathroom door could not be opened at the same time. The room was not situated for ease of use. While this room was ok. I just dont recommend this especially for the price. I initially didnt get the breakfast included but decided otherwise for ease of time. I paid for my 2 remaining days. On the 2nd day they couldn't find me on the list. I had to wait for the staff to ask. Back to the night staff I had asked if there was laundry service and was told yes. When i came down the following day I was told no. Staff was friendly but needs more training Hotel was sort of clean but I am not sure about it's construction.

Good location, quiet area by a park, with restaurants and cafes around. Sightseeing attractions by walking distance. Convenient with late check out time (at noon). If it wasn't for the smell of moldy celler in the bathroom, the hotel would have probably received a higher ranking, but that was just a minor thing, hopefully easy to manage soon. Thank you for having us.

I stayed here for 4 nights (2nd -6th June 26) I really liked it - small hotel and very compact. Only a few rooms on each floor, lifts nearly always empty, not bumping into people all the time. Room amenities were impressive - kettle - fridge - safe - dressing gown and slippers were also provided. Clean room and quiet. Linen spotless and a lovely roomy shower cubicle. There was also a small balcony. Great little breakfast area were I took onboard Coffee and Orange juice - although a good range of food is available. Public transport connections were close by, and a walk to the Old town took around 15 minutes. There were also two parks nearby. Excellent value in my opinion. My kind of hotel.

The staff were so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was tasty and plentiful. Location was perfect. There is a beautiful park 2 minutes walk and lots of great places to eat and visit by foot. I would stay there again.

Hotel is ok and clean. Reception good service. Breakfast room small and no rolls, only toast. Service even too eager. In the bathroom only two hooks for towels, but four towels... should add 😀 All in all ok. But elevator was out of order two days of our 3 day visit...

Our only complaint is the slamming of doors and no soundproofing of rooms (there were twins in the next room that screamed nonstop). There are gaps under the door so you do hear everything.
