This home will amaze you.  
  
Its modern design ingeniously mixes the functions of the space, using the room as a living space and as a sleeping space, at the same time, but without interfering one with another. Using a retractable bed, the sleeping area disappears during the day, to the detriment of a spacious living.  
  
The coziness level is increased by a comfortable swing surprisingly integrated into the living area, from where you can enjoy the sunlight coming from the balcony.  
  
What our homey apartment has to offer:  
  
\- A sleeping area with a Double bed (retractable);  
\- Netflix available on Smart TV (no TV cable);  
\- Free unlimited fast Wi-Fi Internet;  
\- An open kitchen with stove, oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, and kettle;  
\- A bathroom with bathtub, washing machine and hairdryer;  
\- Guidebook with great, local recommendations;

You have private access to the whole accommodation and its amenities. All of the apartment’s features are there for you to enjoy.  
  
It gives us no bigger pleasure than to be part of your amazing experience while in Bucharest. That being said, we are reachable 24/7 for any inquiries, suggestions, or issues you might have.  
  
The home is located in Aviatiei Business District, next to one of the most important business buildings and offices of multinational companies. At 15 minutes by walk can be found Promenada Mall and one of the bests restaurants in Bucharest. Also, at about 3 km you can find Floreasca Park and Lake and at about 6 km is one of the most beautiful parks in Bucharest, King Mihai I Park.  
  
The location is extremely accessible. It can be reached only in 15 minutes by car from the airport and 20 minutes from the railway station. At 10 minutes by walk is located the metro station "Aurel Vlaicu" and the station of various buses. We can send you all the information regarding traveling options like taxis, ridesharing, metro, buses, trams.

Check-in: 15:00 (3 PM) - 19:00 (7 PM)  
Check-out: any time before 11:00 (11 AM)

\- EN: To fully comply with Romanian regulations, we must ask all of our guests to complete the accommodation form. It is mandatory to send us a photo with your ID (even if you will not actually be staying) and a photo with the ID of all the people who will enter the apartment. The check-in procedure is possible only based on this documentation.  
  
Please note:  
\- All the IDs sent must be valid;  
\- The guest making the reservation should have +18 years;  
\- All the minors must be accompanied by a family member/legal tutor;  
Without fulfilling these conditions, check-in will not be possible.

in their homey after 11:30 (and hasn’t confirmed a late checkout) will be charged for an extra night, the cost of rescheduling the cleaning services, and the cost of relocation or cancellation of the next reservation.  
  
Please take into consideration that the cleaning services are scheduled for 11:00 AM and rescheduling the cleaning services cost 20€.  
  
LOST OBJECTS:  
Please note that we are not responsible for personal items forgotten in the apartment after check-out. If it happens to forget an object in the apartment, please write to us as soon as you notice the lack of it. We will be  
happy to help you, but if we do not succeed, please do not be mad with us :)  
  
Finding a forgotten object depends on many factors, which are not 100% in our control.

\- No smoking allowed (allowed only on certain open balconies, if available)
