Step into "Nerea Living" where modern comfort meets coastal charm. This thoughtfully designed condo features 2 bedrooms, each equipped with mini split AC units. Prepare delicious meals in the fully equipped kitchen, featuring sleek appliances and plenty of counter space for culinary creativity. For families traveling with small children, we can provide a high chair and a crib.  
  
Tall sliding glass windows in the living area invite ample natural light, refreshing ocean breezes, and amazing views. Whether you're enjoying a leisurely breakfast or an evening cocktail, the airy ambiance and ocean-inspired accents create the perfect backdrop for your Bucerias getaway.  
  
Take the elevator to the shared rooftop area with a shallow pool & grill with panoramic views of the ocean and the Sierra Madre mountains. The pool is shallow, making it great for kids or for lounging and soaking up the sun. In the evenings, use the grill for casual cookouts under the open sky.
