We did not enjoy that the unit was poorly furnished for its size. The living area had one sofa and no chairs. We did use the dining chairs to watch television from but they were not comfortable. The kitchen was not adequately equipped, There was no dishwasher, no dish cloths and one dish towel. There was no hot water at the kitchen sink when we arrived. The host was very responsive and helpful and bought dish towels, hand towels and a can opener. He fixed the water heater and there was hot water in the kitchen if a shower was turned on before the kitchen faucet. We would not recommend renting unit 306 for a vacation stay. ##### LORETTA M.
