The maximum capacity of the unit includes adults, children and babies, since the condominium rules and regulations, all count equally, even babies. The platform as such, does not charge for babies under 2 years old and does not include them in the total capacity. Please take this into account when counting guests to avoid misunderstandings when arriving at the condominium and not being allowed to enter the unit. Important note: In this unit, we do not currently offer the oil, salt and pepper products, even though they appear in the description. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Important Note: We perform fumigations before and after each reservation. However, due to the characteristics of the natural environment and the tropical climate of Vallarta, it is possible that some insects may appear during your stay. We offer additional fumigations free of charge during your stay if necessary. Important note: We are not responsible for lost or forgotten items in the accommodation. Each excess KW will have an additional cost of $5 pesos. The balance comes from the initial and final meter reading. -Due to the nature of the destination it is common that in the beach you will find small mosquitoes called gnats that cause bites, we recommend you to use repellent so you do not have any discomfort, their bite is harmless but can cause itching. -IMPORTANT: We would like to remind you that it is vitally important not to dispose of any paper in the toilet, even if it is toilet paper. As an alternative, we have provided garbage bags so that you can dispose of the paper safely. Please cooperate with us to keep our drainage system in good condition and avoid future mishaps.

Sleeping arrangements Designed for up to six guests, the condo features three bedrooms, three beds, and two bathrooms. Each bedroom provides a cozy retreat with soft bed linens, ample storage, and large windows that bring in natural light. Two full bathrooms with hot water ensure comfort and convenience throughout your stay. Kitchen & dining The kitchen is fully equipped for home-style meals, including a refrigerator, microwave, stove, blender, coffee maker, and dining table. You can prepare tropical fruit breakfasts, light lunches, or simple dinners with ease, then gather around the table for relaxed, unhurried dining. Outdoor living Step onto the balcony to enjoy refreshing breezes and views of the sea, gardens, and pool. Comfortable outdoor furniture and a dining area make it a peaceful space to unwind. Guests also have access to shared resort amenities including rooftop and beach club pools, plus nearby gardens and paths that lead to the beach. Amenities & comfort Inside, air conditioning keeps the condo cool throughout the day. Wi-Fi and a dedicated workspace make it easy to stay connected, while a TV provides entertainment after long days by the water. The building offers an elevator, free parking both on-site and on the street, and step-free access for ease of movement. Guest access You’ll have access to resort facilities such as a spa, gym, restaurants, bars, and six swimming pools. The condo includes a private entrance and self check-in via lockbox for added flexibility during your arrival. Neighborhood Nestled in Corral del Risco, within Punta Mita in Nayarit, this serene coastal community is surrounded by pristine beaches and warm ocean air. The tropical climate, averaging 28°C year-round, makes it an inviting destination for swimming, beach walks, or simply relaxing by the sea. From sunrise to sunset, every moment here reflects the calm beauty of Mexico’s Pacific coast.  
Important Note: If you book after 9 p.m. the day before your arrival or the same day of your check-in, the apartment will be available for you from 6 p.m. onwards. It is very important that you provide us with the names of all guests and their estimated time of arrival at least 24 hours prior to their arrival. Otherwise, the condominium may restrict access, and unfortunately Del Mar cannot be held responsible for such a situation. Check In is done from the security booth and the Lobby of the condominium. The Staff will be able to receive you from 3:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. (if you need to check in after this time please contact your host). Check-out: 11:00 a.m. Remember to turn off the AC before your departure and notify your host. Check-in time for reservations made on the day of arrival will be from 6:00 pm onwards. The apartment is located on floor no.\_\_3\_\_, so guests access it by elevator.
