This villa called “Grounded” is one of three units centrally located, minutes from the Little Tennessee River and all area attractions. Upscale furnishings, hot tub, and many amenities to list make this the perfect getaway. Centrally located between The Nantahala Gorge and Bryson City makes it the perfect Basecamp for your next adventure. Only 1 minute to the Panther Branch takeout of the Little Tennessee River, National Forests and green space, you can hike the forest and fields without the crowds, set up a nice place on a private beach or simply drive the miles of riverfront road. Basecamp Smoky Mountains has many amenities, beautiful landscape lighting, eco gardens and trails to enjoy while onsite. 5 mins to Nantahala Gorge, Appalachian Trail, Tsali Mountain Bike, Fontana Lake, and Bryson City and in the middle of anything you’d want! \*Pets welcome up to 35lbs - 1 pet max! My husband and I came to drive the Tail of the Dragon Chili Hoop Loop in mid October. The entire stay was so wonderful, we actually booked an additional night.As retirees who love nature but are too old for roughing it this was ideal. The fact that I could fall asleep in a comfortable air-conditioned bedroon but open the blinds to to fall asleep looking at the amazing night sku.
