Cependant, par rapport à l’an passé, le personnel est moins aguerri et surtout le service chambre moins au niveau : on sent que les demandes les ennuient, limite ils font un commentaire. Les petites attentions dans la chambre ont disparu : plus de stylos mais un crayon mâchonne et usé, un bloc notes avec une seule feuille, ils oublient de remettre du sucre… Le niveau du personnel et du service de chambre a beaucoup baissé, ce qui est dommage. Nous étions revenus dans cet hôtel car nous avions apprécié le service aux petits soins. Là on est plus dans un 4 étoiles..
