Welcome to our fully updated and beautifully styled townhome! Centrally located and 5 miles to Texas A&M, 3 miles to Veteran's Park, within walking distance to Target, and moments away from Kroger, restaurants and shopping! Step inside and be greeted by the stunning finishes and all you could need for your stay. Our kitchen has been fully remodeled and is stocked with everything you should need for your time in Aggieland including a coffee and tea bar. The home offers a dining space for meals and a cozy living room with a smart TV ready for streaming (you will need streaming login). Downstairs also offers a half bathroom. Upstairs you will find both bedrooms with queen size beds, bedding and additional linens and a full bathroom with toiletries and Dove soap products. Our home is located in a quiet, townhome community where the homes share exterior walls with the neighboring unit. It was very quiet and I felt perfectly safe. I was visiting my son from out of state and got this place so we could spend quality time together. It was decorated the way I would decorate my own home and had a mid century modern theme. Every decorating touch was perfect, from the fixtures to the plush towels and the color harmony.The kitchen is well stocked with utensils and dishes and allowed us to cook and even had some spices. The beds are incredibly comfortable and the bedrooms have sizeable closets complete with really cute hangers. I would 100 percent stay here again. Séjour de 3 nuits en mai 2024 ### 10/10 – Excellent #### Jina R. 28 avr. 2024 Points forts : Propreté #### Very nice and clean We enjoyed our stay, the place was as pictured, everything was nice and updated, we had everything we needed to be comfortable, walking distance to Target, lots of stores close by, we would definitely stay again, I didn’t know it was in like an apartment complex setting but over all it was really nice inside 10/10 ##### Jina R.
