Aggieland Vacation Rentals requires guests to be a minimum of 25 years or older to sign the booking agreement and be responsible for all guests in the party. As a locally owned and operated company, we give you peace of mind that your reservations are always protected and secure! The property may have one or more actively recording cameras overlooking the entrance, driveway, and backyard areas, which record audio and video. All devices are on the exterior of the property. Guest must be 25 years or older to reserve the property and digitally sign the Booking Agreement prior to check-in. 1\. Smoking: Smoking is NOT allowed in or on our properties. If the cleaning crew or Booking Agent detects any evidence of smoking, we will retain $400 of your deposit to deodorize the home. 2\. Heating & Cooling: Do not turn the thermostat below 69 during the summer as the unit could freeze and Guest will be charged the cost to repair the heating / cooling system. When leaving in the summer season, turn the thermostat up to 80 degrees. When leaving in the winter season, turn the thermostat down to 60 degrees. 3\. Visitors: People other than those accounted for in the booking agreement may not stay overnight in the property. If we find unauthorized guests have stayed a fee of $300 will be retained from your deposit plus $25 per person. 4\. Guest Responsibilities: All the properties are privately owned. The owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners and Booking Agent are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the Guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they allow to use the premises. 5\. Property Maintenance: Keep the property and all furnishings in good order. The Guests will maintain the premises in good order and appearance and will conduct themselves in a manner inoffensive to neighbors. Our properties are not intended to be party houses. Parties are prohibited. 6\. Household Appliances & Furniture: Only use appliances for their intended uses. Do not use high heat or metal utensils with Teflon pans. Do not take indoor furniture outside the property. 7\. PETS NOT ALLOWED at Loft at Lucky Eagle: Pets are only allowed in our pet-friendly properties with prior approval from both the Booking Agent and Homeowner. A $200 non-refundable pet fee is required. If a pet is found on the property without prior approval, a pet fee will be charged and the booking may be terminated. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets in the yard, neighborhood, and nearby parks. Additional details can be found in the Pet Addendum. 8\. Parking: Parking is only allowed at the bottom of the stairs that lead up to the loft. 9\. Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the property. If the cleaning crew finds that the property has been left excessively dirty you will be billed for the additional cleaning time at a rate of $50 per hour. 10\. DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products should be flushed at any time. If it is found that feminine products or other products besides toilet paper have been flushed and clogs the plumbing system, Guest will be charged the cost of the plumbing repair. 11\. Fires & Grill: Fires are allowed on the property in the firepit only when there is not a burn ban in affect for Brazos County; absolutely no candles may be burned in the house or on the property. Move grill to an open area before each use. Do not use the grill under the porch; put it back in original position and clean it after each use. 12\. Personal Items: Guests will need to provide their own paper goods. An initial set up of trash liners, toilet paper (one in each bathroom) and hand soap is provided. Extra items needed are the responsibility of the Guest (i.e., tooth paste, soap, extra toilet paper, shampoo, sunscreen, etc.). 13\. Trash: ALL trash must be BAGGED and placed garbage can on the back deck area outside the door. There will be a $20 charge if this rule was not followed. 14\. Secure the Property: Close all blinds, shades and secure all doors and windows. Contact Booking Agent immediately should any difficulty arise in properly securing the property. 15\. Events: If Guest wishes to have an event at the property, permission must be obtained from Booking Agent and Homeowner. An event fee will be added. 16\. REMINDER: Guests shall not disturb, annoy, endanger, or inconvenience neighbors, nor use the premises for any immoral or unlawful act. The Homeowner or Booking Agent may enter the premises at any time without securing prior permission from the Guest. It was just perfect! We loved being a little out of town, away from the hustle and bustle, yet close enough to be there in minutes. There are horses, cattle, caged doves, and even a pig on the property! If you like fishing, take your fishing pole. There is a pond where big fish can be caught and released. The inside of the loft is stunning-just as it appears in the pictures and very clean. The host and hostess are lovely people and were attentive to our needs. It was perfect in every way and just what we were looking for to enjoy a peaceful Thanksgiving week since we couldn't have our traditional big family gathering. The loft is beautiful throughout and the setting was relaxing. It's one big open area, but it's so big that we each felt like we had our own personal space. My husband and I and our tween/teen kids enjoyed exploring the property, hanging out with the owner’s super friendly dogs and seeing the ranch animals, the deer, and the stars at night. Thank you to the folks at Aggieland Vacation Rentals who were helpful every step of the way and to the friendly and accomodating owners for sharing their wonderful property with us. Séjour de 4 nuits en novembre 2020 ### 10/10 – Excellent #### Will S. 25 août 2020 Points forts : Propreté #### College Move in Great property - much better place to stay than any hotel. Large, open loft set-up with nice kitchen and comfortable tv area. Also a great shower. 20 minute drive to campus. shorter drive to the grocery store. Will want to stay here again the next time we are in town. Hopefully for baseball or football next year. ##### Will S.
