• There is a train that runs nearby, which can sometimes be heard from the apartment. For your comfort, we provide a white noise machine and earplugs.  
  
Pets - We may allow pets on a case by case basis, please message us to see if we can accommodate. Cleaning fee applies. For the comfort of all guests, we are unable to accommodate cats on the property.  
  
Friendly Pet Reminder: For everyone’s comfort, pets are not permitted in the pocket park. Please make sure to clean up after your pet wherever they go. Thank you for helping us keep the space clean for everyone.  
  
This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). The optional damage waiver is $37 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $2 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional.

Beautiful spot with great space for a home away from home during VBall tournament this weekend. Very close to train tracks with active trains but owner took this into consideration with the best sound machines available to where we heard NOTHING and slept well. Very clean and near good food/spirits - will definitely stay again when back in town.

Had a wonderful stay at this super quaint apartment in Bryan! We love the Bryan area but also felt that the apartment was not too far from the events we had planned in College Station for the weekend! The hosts were fantastic to work with and extremely timely with all communication. We were welcomed in the apartment with a nice booklet of things to do in the area as well as a few snacks (a very nice touch). We loved the decor! The beds were extremely comfortable and we felt that the apartment was well stocked for anyone who wanted to cook a little or a lot! I truly feel that this place is a gem and I would highly recommend it for a weekend getaway or even a longer stay if needed.
