Summary: Southern Comfort Retreat: Pet Friendly The Space: Welcome to this stunning 5-bedroom, 3-bathroom pet-friendly home located in beautiful Brunswick, Georgia. This elegant raised-range home boasts an array of features that make it a dream vacation home for those seeking comfort, luxury, and entertainment. The Space As you enter the home, you are greeted by an inviting and open living space with plenty of natural light. The formal living room and dining room exude classic elegance. An open-concept kitchen connects seamlessly to a seating area, making it perfect for family time while meals are prepared. The main level also includes 3 bedrooms and two full baths, including a master bedroom with a king bed and ensuite master bath with a soaking tub, offering a spa-like experience for relaxation. The downstairs features two additional bedrooms and a full bath. It also includes an expansive area is dedicated to entertainment and recreation. It includes: • A billiards table for friendly games and competition. • Ample seating for card games or socializing. • Theater chairs positioned in front of a 65-inch TVs, creating the perfect experience for movie nights or sports events. We provide high speed Internet as well as a smart TVs with all the streaming services available for you to access with your subscription. The backyard is adorned with a well-maintained, fully fenced yard, a covered porch, fire pit, and towering Spanish moss-covered oak trees, which provide ample shade and a quintessentially Southern charm to the property. A two-car garage provides secure parking and storage space. The home is conveniently located, with a 20-30 minute drive to the beautiful coastal islands of Georgia, offering opportunities for beach trips, boating, and water activities. Other things to note: For any stay 21 or more days, an additional cleaning fee of $220 will be added after booking. If the cleaning fee is unpaid 7 days prior to check-in, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation without a refund. There is a $75 pet fee for those guests bringing pets. Anything other than a regular vehicle may be prohibited or may not fit on the property. If you plan to bring a trailer, motorcycle, boat or any other commercial or recreational vehicle, please inquire with the host about whether this is allowed. The garage doors are manual. Please consider purchasing travel insurance for your trip. This may cover you for instances of medical emergencies or inclement weather. We unfortunately can’t offer refunds for these types of situations so we want to ensure you’ve properly covered yourself. Pack N Play and strollers available upon request for $15 each for the duration of your stay. Please notify us at least 1 day in advance if you would like to rent them so we can ensure they are delivered prior to your arrival. I believe it could have used more seating in the den off the kitchen. It was still a work in progress in the basement, the master shower door was really small. I think when you have a place big enough for 10 people you should supply more than 1 trash bag for 4 days and have at least a scrub sponge and small dish detergent to help maintain a clean kitchen. We overall had an awesome time. The cleaning crew was there at 915am at the end of the driveway waiting for us to leave. The house is an older house built in 1991\. There appears to be some age to the house, and maintenance that could have been completed, but it met our needs fine. (We are not picky people).2\. Some people may not appreciate the occasional harmless spiders. There were not many at all, but there were daddy-long-legs and a couple of others. No other real annoying insects, though (no.cockroaches, flies, wasps, hornets or other particularly disturbing inside the house).3\. They show a pool table in the lower floor, but only one working pool stick that was damaged prior. We managed to make the one working cue work ok for us 4\. There seemed to be a really bad smell when we started running the faucets that was odd, but that could have been coming from the drains and worked itself out within a day or so.5\. .The shower in the master bedroom is really small. .If you are a bigger person, the other showers in the house will have to accommodate you since they are huge. Very odd for a master bedroom shower.I don't want to discourage renting this property since it accommodated our group of 8 people pretty well, but it should be noted that if you are picky about details about renting properties, there could be some issues with renting this one ##### Joe H.
