My wife could not enjoy the ameneties because it is against her comfort level. Pool: 1/5 - The pool was the biggest disappointment. It was barely above freezing. My family couldn't stay in it for longer than 3 minutes. The front desk said there was nothing they could do. Multiple guests complained about the pool temperature. Overall stay: We won't be returning to the hotel. We came for the Spa area and pool that were advertised. Without those, the hotel was a waste of time and money. The breakfast buffet was more than adequate with a variety of yogurts, eggs, meats, juices and wonderful teas. We enjoyed the customizable bread basket! Dinner was equally delicious. The staff are so friendly and helpful. We would stay here again. Only issue was parking lot is a bit small and guests have to pay for underground parking when restaurant patrons take up parking lot spaces. It is about a 15-20 minute drive to downtown Stuttgart which was nice, accessible location without being in the city. There are walking trails close by as well.
