You are considering the luxurious villa "Chiara," a two-story property built in 2021. This vacation rental offers a private, fenced property spanning 900 square meters, complete with a lawn, angular heated swimming pool (4 x 10 meters, depth 135 cm, available seasonally from April 10 to November 1), and an internal staircase leading to the pool. Enjoy the convenience of an outdoor shower, hot tub, badminton court, terrace (10 square meters), garden furniture, and a barbecue house. The villa also provides internet access, a trampoline, washing machine, and bicycles (2 adult and 1 child) for your use.  
  
Outdoors  
The property boasts an expansive outdoor area, with a fenced lawn covering 900 square meters. Relax and soak up the sun by the angular, heated swimming pool, measuring 4 x 10 meters with a depth of 135 cm, and accessible via an internal staircase. Enjoy the added luxury of an outdoor shower and hot tub. Challenge your family or friends to a game of badminton on the designated court, or unwind on the 10-square-meter terrace with garden furniture. For those who love outdoor cooking, a barbecue house is available on-site.

Convenience is at your fingertips, with motor access to the property via an unmade road (500 meters away) and parking for up to 3 cars on the premises. Please note that there is an airfield located 20 km from the property, and the swimming pool heating incurs an additional cost. Video surveillance is in place for the driveway and parking areas. Your 5-room villa offers 230 square meters of space across two levels, featuring modern and tasteful furnishings. The main floor consists of a living/dining room with a sofa bed (140 cm, length 200 cm), satellite TV, and air conditioning, leading directly to the swimming pool. There is also a bedroom with a French bed (180 cm, length 200 cm), a bathroom with a shower, bidet, and toilet, satellite TV, and air conditioning, also with an exit to the pool. The open kitchen is well-equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine. A separate toilet is available on this level. Upstairs, you'll find one room with two beds (90 cm, length 200 cm), a folding bed (90 cm, length 200 cm), a shower room with a toilet, satellite TV, and air conditioning, leading out to a terrace. Additionally, there are two more bedrooms, each with a French bed (180 cm, length 200 cm), a shower room with a toilet, satellite TV, and air conditioning, also providing access to the terrace. The villa features floor heating for your comfort.

Satellite TV is available in multiple rooms, including the living area and bedrooms.
